Oh my goodness! What a refreshing thing to find at an airport… the nicest ,friendliest, hardworking and attentive staff I have ever experienced at an airport. Service is quick and food is good and at a reasonable price. Every time I am on concourse D or have time to get there this will be my go to !

Service was ok. Kinda felt like the staff were there reluctantly but I got what I asked for. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders and got 1 split 3 ways for $16. Fries were about a half order also. Clearly a sign that cost saving decisions consider the company's bottom line more than the customer. I wouldn't be sad if BWW had to downsize and eliminate this location. Probably a better decision instead of putting the whole franchise's reputation at risk. On the plus side, the unsweet tea had ice in it. Yeah, that's all I got. This experience mostly sucked.

They are extremely unorganized. They tell me to go to the bar, there's no seats, as I proceed to let them know, they said 9h I could have told you that. Then they tell me there's someone in front of me but I was there first, they just sent me to the bar how is someone in front of me.That place needs to close down immediately.

Nice view, frise is good. Wings and service are terrible. We don't have high expectation on a bar at inside of airport, but the this one is definitely not recommended. We wait waitress about 10-15 minutes after seat. The food take at least 25 minutes for serving. The wings is cold and very salty. And salad is not fresh.

Brunch in Atlanta was fantastic. The wings were perfectly cooked as requested. The margarita was delicious! The atmosphere was good, and despite the busy afternoon, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Our server was friendly and ensured our drinks were always filled.

All food was rushed and not Fresh. Everything else was great. Should not get cold dry wings at a wing restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings has been one of my favorite places to eat. This one’s no different. Server was fast attentive and thorough despite it being extremely busy. Food was hot well flavored and brought out in timely manner. It was also well presented. If I fly through Atlanta again I will definitely come back. Great job yall.

Grabbed a meal here at the airport location while in between flights. Service was good and wait time was acceptable considering how busy they were. Thought the food was a little on the expensive side for what was received. We were supposed to get 6 boneless chicken wings- the photo shows what was received. Fries were not extra crispy as requested. We did order an extra blue cheese dressing (for an up charge) as shown in photo. Draught beer was a great price while we were there.

Stopped here at 9:00pm on April 6, 2024 to grab a bite to eat before catching our next flight to Charlotte. We walked into the restaurant and were greeted by someone who was not happy we were there, she walked us to our table and the floor was covered in trash. There was maybe 15 people in the restaurant. We were sat and 6 people were seated after us, and all received their drinks before us. We finally ordered our drinks and received a sweet tea and half filled Diet Pepsi. The staff was very unhappy and it was obvious they were ready to close at 10:00pm and wanted us to leave. We ordered boneless wings with teriyaki sauce and at $40 for a meal this is what we received. The photo is below. Worst experience ever in Atlanta Airport. DO NOT GO THERE.I already went to the corporate website and filled out a formal complaint. So please don’t send me your generic automatic response.

Awful. I love BWW anywhere else but this place was a disaster. Service was incredibly slow (Hey! We're in an airport! Think some people may want to catch planes?). Waitress was the most inattentive I've seen in a while. The food delivered was cold, and not made according to the menu: no cheese or sour cream on the buffalito. Had to ask several times for things like napkins and a receipt. If this were my first BWs, I guarantee it would be my last.

My server came over to my table to get my order, I couldn’t flag her down for a long time. I just wanted some water to go with my meal. When I came into Bdubs I asked to order a beer. My server informed me they didn’t serve beer till 11am. I ordered food and waited from 9am-11am. Only to find out that they did not have any beer on tap, bottle or can. Worst Buffalo wings I’ve been to ever

I went before my flight, boarding in about an hour. It took an hour to bring to food out. Did not clean up tables, servers were nice, food was not the best for taking so long. Late for flight, do not recommend unless you like a dirty room and like waiting.

Best black bean burger I've had from any BWW's. Service was good and it was a nice break from the airport between flights.

Last time I was here it was the worst service I have had in a restaurant in years. Took an hour to get the food, they didn't even have silverware and had to give us plastic. The restaurant was only 30% full. Dirty tables, waiter came out twice in the hour we waited for food.
