Horrible customer service .. especially the manager David .. his attitude is just so rude I've been to this location 3 times 1st he bagged my order and got it all wrong and when I told him he was very rude about it when I went the next day he hide .. and today I went threw the drivethru and he took the order didn't even tell me my total or ask me to pull forward and just stood near the window .. I only went back cause it's close to my job .. but will not go back ever again .. I used to work for burger king and I know this is not how u act or handle customers especially as a manger if he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be there .. please look for another burger king this one will just getir order wrong and then give u attitude when u tell them they did .. don't waste ur money

Very friendly place the first time I’ve ever been here. I saw a gentleman coming in and asked for water and they gave it to him. I also needed a plug to charge my phone in the worker went to the back and gave me her plug. I had the cord but I didn’t have the plug to go to the socket. I need the USB port you didn’t have to do that and you don’t find this too often, so kudos to the people here at Burger King on Hammond Drive .????

My boyfriend and I went to this Burger King location 01/26 around 9:00pm and had a terrible experience. We went inside to order. Although they were not busy and no one was ahead of us, it took 20+ minutes to get our food. During this time, the person preparing the order and bagger were having a conversation, not focused at all on preparing our order and didn't seem to care about our time. Finally, when it said on the screen our order was ready, I went to retrieve it and the bagger rudely told me it wasn't my order, it was the person who came in behind us. I told her I was sorry and confused because the screen said our order number. She was rude the entire interaction. Once we finally got our order, it was missing the zesty sauce I requested but I didn't even ask for it because I didn't want to interact with the bagger. I understand this is fast food and expectations should be low, but this was extremely subpar for even fast food. I will not be back to this Burger King location.

I'm not sure of the name of the window waitress who took my order, but she was THE MOST PLEASANT young lady I have EVER ENCOUNTERED at this location. The rest of my day was MORE pleasant after leaving than before I came. The world would be a MUCH BETTER place if we had more people like her!!

customer service was absolutely terrible. lady yelled at my family. server was slow , and was very distracted. they held up the line and food was absolutely disgusting and you should never go here I warn you!!!

Food and staff are always good here, but I heavily fault any chain that thinks its condiments are worth charging for individually. After paying almost $12 for lunch (without a drink) I didn't ask for anything except some BBQ sauce. No ketchup, no mustard, no mayo, no salt, no pepper - I didn't even ask for napkins. But if I want BBQ that's a new transaction, new card swipe, etc. Dig that credit card back out of your pocket while in the drive through. I MIGHT forgive this if they bothered to ask when I was ordering if I would want any "premium" condiments. But no, just a hassle. This is the epitome of bad customer service.
