I found the tiramisu and ice cream (I don’t think it was gelato) way sweeter compared to those I’ve tried in Italy. Unfortunately, the pistachio ice cream tasted like medicine to me. Furthermore, I hope they’ll use less plastic and more sustainable materials. Nevertheless, the staff were really nice and accommodating.

Very cute spot on the inside. They had a good amount of gelato flavors and it was super creamy and tasty. They have seating on the outside and inside.

I love the pizza there and the quality is so fresh. And amazing delicious. And the pizza is right off the hot stove

Really good! Everything is fresh to order and it was cool to be able to see them make your pizza every step of the way. The seating is communal style and so is the food itself (ie sharing from this tray). I came here with my boss and although it was a bit loud, we were able to talk comfortably. Service is awesome also -- interacted with four different employees while I was there and they were all kind, courteous and attentive.

Anticipating Pizza isn't just a pizza joint; it's an experience that transcends the ordinary. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly baked dough and the sound of sizzling toppings tantalize your senses, promising an unforgettable culinary journey. The crust, thin yet robust, boasts a perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, providing the ideal foundation for the masterpiece that follows. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, with the tangy tomato sauce harmonizing flawlessly with the creamy mozzarella and the subtle hints of basil. But it's not just the ingredients that make Antico Pizza exceptional; it's the dedication to craftsmanship and tradition that sets it apart. Every pie is lovingly crafted by skilled hands, ensuring that each slice is a testament to the artistry of Italian pizza-making. And let's not forget about the toppings - fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Whether you opt for the classic Margherita, adorned with plump, juicy tomatoes and fragrant basil leaves, or indulge in the indulgent Prosciutto e Funghi, every combination is a celebration of quality ingredients and culinary expertise. But perhaps what truly sets Antica Pizza apart is the sense of community that permeates every corner of the establishment. From the friendly staff who greet you like old friends to the convivial atmosphere that invites you to linger long after the last slice has been devoured, dining at Antica Pizza is more than just a meal - it's a shared celebration of food, friendship, and the simple joys of life. In a country renowned for its pizza, Antica Pizza stands out as a shining beacon of excellence. It's no wonder that both you and your coworker were left speechless by its unparalleled deliciousness - because when it comes to Antica Pizza, words simply can't do justice to the magic that unfolds with every bite.

The place was crowded, the wait was long and it was not cheap. But so far (I'm almost 72yo) they were probably the best pies I've ever stuffed in my face. Bellissimo, Antico-Pizza!

The best pizza in ATL, hands down. Location and Parking Located in Midtown, there is very limited parking in front of the restaurant. You can park on a side street for free. Venue and Atmosphere Order at the counter, and proceed to the seating area. Seating is at long tables and is communal. The aromas of freshly made dough and a well-stocked toppings bar will entice you as you await your pizza. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Food and Beverages The margherita pizza with added pepperoni is my go-to. The crust is perfection, sauce is perfectly seasoned, and ingredients are well balanced. Bottled soft drinks, water, and wine are available, however this location is BYOB. Verdict I'll be back next time I have a pizza craving!

Authentic Neapolitan pizza. Legit. We live the spicy pepperoni pizza. Never have had a bad meal here.

This reminded me of the gelaterias I went to in Italy and loved so much. It has the charm and little touches that most other places lack. Me and my family enjoyed the very decadent chocolate, fresh pistachio, and mango flavors. I especially liked the decorations they left up for the holiday season, making it so festive.

I first ate at Antico at least 10 years ago while visiting Atlanta. Was there last month with my family and was so happy to see Antico was still around. Everything was delicious, got the Margherita and Diavola. Both were so tasty. Service was super prompt. When I just mentioned it to my husband he said he'd go back to Atlanta just for Antico. We headed across the street for cannolis for dessert.

Would give it 5 stars, but minus one for the service. Even though the interaction is short, it made me feel unwelcomed and bothersome. I got the Diavola (spicy sopressata, pepperonata, bufala, garlic), and highly recommend it! If you have a low tolerance for spicy, like my boyfriend, just avoid the red peppers and you should be ok. The texture of the pizza was perfectly warm and baked and very much similar to the pizza's I've had in Italy. There is more table seating if you go in the back, where you'll find longer picnic-style tables.
