Went to the Cumberland Mall location to get cupcakes for my son's bday. I went fairly early, and there was an older lady at the counter. She was nice but the cupcakes were dry and not fresh at all. I spent $35 for nothing & likely will not patron this brand again. I would rather go to Publix.

The service at the Lennox Square (Lennox Mall) was good. There are a variety of cupcakes to choose from. I, however, purchased a slice of cake, rather than the cupcakes. The red velvet cakes slice I had was huge and I was looking forward to eating it. It was not tasty. It the cake was heavy and dense. The ice was not sweet or flavorful. I couldn't eat the whole slice. I hope the cupcakes are better. I will not be returning.

I’d like to thank the super sweet young man (my apologies I didn’t get his name) who assisted us on Saturday 2/17 at approximately 2pm. He was attentive and gave great customer service which I’m a stickler for! He was able to complete an upsell with a promotion that made sense for us at the time w/o us inquiring and educated us on other products/services we were not aware of! Thank you! The cupcakes were wonderful. I look forward to returning :)

The Red Velvet cake is always ood so moist and buttery and the cream cheese frosting is lightly sweetened not overpowering at all. The White Chocolate Macadamia is good also. Need to try the rest as well.

The cupcakes are absolutely delicious. I’m not even a cake eater like that. I usually prefer salty snacks. However, my husband and children have sweet teeth so we stopped for a treat. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and gave us information that helped us get the best out of eating the cupcakes (the cupcakes are better at room temp so purchase the ones in the fridge to consume later).I got the blueberry cheesecake and the cured bite was extraordinary. The cake is moist. The frosting is spot on (I usually scrap off frosting if I eat a cupcake but not this one).We ordered a slice of cake and 3 cupcakes and spent about $24. It wasn’t busy as it was a weekday early afternoon late morning.

Not as good as the Smyrna cupcakes in my opinion…but still delish!

This is the best red velvet cupcake I have ever had. I been to more than one of their locations. The cupcake is moist and the top is slightly crispy. The icing is not too sweet which I appreciate. It's absolutely perfect. I also find the prices reasonable especially for the size compared to other bakeries such as Kupcakerie.

The presentation of the store is cute, but it allows for people to touch and breathe all over the items that you may want to purchase. The cupcakes weren’t good, and I spent about $25 for a dozen of the mini cupcakes. They were cold, and appeared smushed at the top. The customer service is so-so.

I am a terrible baker and once tried to make cupcakes at home. My kids declared it "the worst cornbread they had ever tasted." These tasted worse than that. Two stars because I didn't get food poisoning at least.

My husband heard around his office the cupcakes were epic and surprised me for our anniversary with six. I have never had cake along with the frosting and thought, omg I’m going to crave these all the time. They are that good. Different flavors and varieties were all consistent in moisture and sweetness. Price is worth the craft and care that had to go into creating these. The love and labor shows. Cake doesn’t crumble and isn’t dry or wet. The frosting isn’t grind your teeth sweet, gritty, or heavy. The flavors were all balanced and they all hit without punching you in the face or muddling together. I never cared about cake until these. Definitely a go to to wow friends and on special occasion's.

Heard about these, so I stopped by in Lenox. Cute store, large variety of cupcakes, and cake slices displayed nicely. Ordered a lemon and a pineapple coconut cupcake, served in a cute little box. Service was good, but there was nothing special to me about the taste of these $5 cupcakes - I didn't think either was freshly made, unfortunately.
