The worst credit card company in the world! I paid off my balance in full. $0 balance confirmed! They proceeded to close my account and then charged me $51 in "fees" due 1 month after I paid it off in full with a zero balance. I had no idea. They continued to steal from me by charging me a late fee for this fraudulent charge! I spent over 2 hrs trying to get help over the phone, getting transferred 5 times to rude customer service people who did not help me at all. I was told I owe over $80 now?!?! They are scam artists and should be sued! I will join a lawsuit group asap if anyone sues this horrible, awful, greedy company. Count me in!

Capital One Bank tends to give excellent or horrible customer service. I had a checking and savings account. I closed both. I still have one of their credit cards but do not use it. There are just too many times I had to engage with their customer service. They just cannot get their act together. I would not recommend at all.

This is the second cap one cafe I have tried, and to be honest, fewer stars because the drinks are very average. I really wanted to love thei3 coffee, but they taste not good and the handcrafted beverages - i tried natcha latte with oat milk. - tasted bitter after taste and was somewhat better after adding honey. Anyone who needs a bank please do not go to Capital One 360 they do not have a real bank branch in the state or any major city ga. Customer service is horrendous Their security method is horrendous. They truly don't care customers or service. I have been bank with since 07 and I can't even get customer service support over the phone they keep transferring me to a voicemail. Fraud has been done on my account and they have placed all of my money on hold they told me to call them however they don't answer the phone, i'm disgusted and disappointed. First off I do not like malls so park between Macys and Cheesecake Factory lower level. It was amazing! The service was excellent very helpful and available. For anyone who, like me need to deposit over $999 at cvs it worth the 35 min ride for me. I do not do highways. The lounge area alone was the length of the hall dedicated space to work and have lunch. It was Peetes coffee and you get half of of whatever you order when you use any capital one card. Also you can pay your credit card bill at the . The can take up to 200 bills at once. They open whenever the mall is open. Yes Sunday as well.

One of the worst customer experience on call EVER! I was charge interest even after full statement payment, The gentlemen understood it was an issue but did not had the capability to remove it. Sadly management had the similar answer so I was left with closing an account to never deal with them again.

Capital One Café at Lenox Square in Atlanta is a great place to stop and take advantage of being Capital One with good snacks and drinks. I really like the location and being able to work or have a business meeting here. Good experience every time I have been here.

I deposited a check on a Wednesday through the mobile app and they didn’t free any funds till a week later. And it wasn’t even that much I deposited. Just know I closed the account as soon as the money became available. When I called to ask why no one could even answered.
