Before I share the bad experiences I’ve had at this location I would like to start off my saying I absolutely adore Summer. She is amazing! Customer Service, top-tier work ethics amazing hospitality, 10 out of 10 food is always fresh when she is at the window. Now here goes the bad Ms. T the Manager customer Service very poor she always cuts me off when ordering through the drive-through. I ordered the same thing Everytime I eat at that location I politely state at the end of my order please drop all of my food fresh and that I don’t mind waiting. She has the worst attitude when I make that statement not sure why but I make it a priority to make the statement because I have had some not so good times at this location when it comes to my food… Ms. T you have to do better next time your response should be “ Sure not a problem I’ll make sure everything is fresh for you” ? other than her everybody else is pretty cool.

Loved the food and staff. Ms .Tee has turned things around at this location. The health dept score is 99! This is exceptional ????! I eat at a lot of places on Old National but not all are great. Keep up the good work! I can appreciate a Manager that cares about her store, food, and staff!

I dined in. I love me some soul food and this is the first ever soul food restaurant where the soul was completely missing. I don’t mind attitudes, or high prices but the food HAS TO BE GOOD.Nothing , not even that hardass cornbread/biscuit puck was remotely palatable.I ordered turkey wing, macaroni and cheese and collards greens - everything was cooked til an inch of its life with zero seasonings!! HTF can you mess up turkey wings like all you have to do is season them hard and bake

I ordered online from uber eats man why didn't I get a fork? And my 3 tarter sauces? I got the seafood platter. It's the simple things. I really wanted my tarter sauce to go with my fishThat was the only reason I ordered. And to not get a fork just really pissed me off.

The food was decent. I like the way the fish and okra was fried. I don't like the batter the shrimps are cooked in. The food was hot the prices were reasonable. My kid had the chicken fingers and fries we both had the half and half ice tea lemonade. The service was awesome with no long wait. Will definitely do it again.

Captain D's is a place that you have only try when it first arrived, after that you are playing at your own risk with old grease used daily.Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessibility but the walkway is very small.
I Ordered the Spicy Batter Dipped Fish Meal it Was 4 Pieces. I placed this order through Uber Eats. you can tell it was fish that was cooked earlier it wasn’t even warm had no taste at all!!!

Why why whyI will never eat there again after 6 months of not going I broke down and went then this happens.... I ordered fish shrimp and Mac n cheese I got fish no shrimp and Mac n cheese...... this just why I stopped going!!!!!!!

This place was great the order taker was full of personality she was very helpful with suggestions since this was our first experience .The food was hot and tasty with no after taste. My daughter who is not a fish eater loved their lightly battered fish. Long John silver has nothing on Captain D's.
