The digital kitchen is a complete waste of everyone’s time. You get there and then realize you have to place the order on the app. Then it takes about 30 minutes for them to make your bowl while you’re just hanging out in this timing waiting area. It is much much quicker to walk in and have someone make your bowl at a normal location. This concept of digital kitchen needs to die.

This is the worst Cava I have ever been to. This store could be a newer concept that I am unfamiliar with, however I am not a fan. You can’t actually order food here. You need to either order online or in the app. In order to do either option, you have to create an account. I drove all the way here only to have a staff member tell me she couldn’t take my order. If this is the direction Cava is moving, they need to at least have self service kiosk so you can still order on location. Absurd concept overall. I hope it doesn’t catch on.

Very smooth and efficient experience. I came during lunch time on a weekday. The employees greeted me and the door, food was made on time and was fresh. This is a digital kitchen only, so you have to order online. I prefer this method versus the walk up and order method. Definitely will be returning.
