Clearly , the health department doesn't visit this location! Looking around while waiting for my sandwich I saw that EVERYTHING is filthy. From the walls, floors, switches, tables & chairs. Couldn't see their prep counter. Customer side though will turn your stomach.Sandwich was sad. Very small potion of meat. There must be better options then this place. Gals behind the counter were pleasant but that is about the only positive

I ordered a veggie delight sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with no veggies. Then placed the veggies in foil and told me to put them on the bread myself. Who would expect you to assemble your own sandwich in the airport?! The cook with the dreads and a bald spot is exceptionally rude and incompetent.

My sandwich and my sisters sandwich were made wrong and disgusting. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, lettuce, or tomato and got two pieces a bread with burnt meat, barely any cheese, a single dot of mayo, and lettuce in it. My sandwich was so dry it was drying out my mouth and did not taste good. My sisters sandwich on the other hand was soggy. She ordered the Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, lettuce, or tomato and to substitute the provolone with American. It was made wrong and the meat was burnt, the cheese was the wrong type, it had lettuce on it and she says it was dry inside and soggy on the outside. They also were out of all gourmet fries and this is not the first time it was like this. This is the worst experience I have had at a Charley’s and would not think of going back next time I’m in Georgia.

Can't name one good thing about this location in the airport. All staff was rude and ignored customers, the lady in charge of handing out food orders was being extremely rude to multiple customers who were just trying to ask her simple questions. There was literally fear on peoples faces trying to talk to this employee lol. If you hate your job so much quit then?? I lost my appetite watching this employee yell at customers & would've left if I had not already paid for it.
Food & service were good! The dining area is a bit limited with tables/chairs. If you need a fork, you need to request.

(Airport Food) be prepared to wait as they make everything custom, but if you have a long layover, I'd recommend.Ordered the Chicken Philly + bacon, good flavor... really enjoyed! Would get a large next time as the 6" is pretty small.Fries were really pretty tasty, had a nice pepper flavor.

Perhaps 8 or 9 people ahead of me when I got in line, and 20 minutes later (yes, I noted the times) I was #2 in line to order and out of time. Horribly slow & inefficient, which stems from under-manning and an indifferent and inconsiderate staff with no sense of urgency nor any visible desire at all to serve their customers.Since they have a captive audience in the ATL airport, they'll probably remain in business as long as they choose to, but based on the performance I saw, they absolutely deserve not to.
