My husband and I have been here twice after coming home from the airport and BOTH times during the day we have been ignored/zero service at the drive thru. First time we thought maybe it was a fluke and it’s possible nobody came in to work- second time we saw a car on the drive thru so we went by- and again, nobody would respond through the speak or open the drive thru window. Awful establishment .

That food tasted like unhappy people made it. I think you need to treat your employees better. Also there’s no reason y’all should be open past 12 AM honestly. Most people here are upset about the misleading hours of operation. I don’t think any employee wants to work the night shift. Shorten your hours and stop letting your greed make you believe that longer hours mean better business + dear GOD please pay your employees more.

I have their app and it's very deceiving. But the gentleman at the window worked through it with me And got me my discount. This was at the wall up window. I have never had a bad experience at this checkers. I don't go late at night though.

It was the only thing open and they cooked my fish fresh but the grease must be old because it was pretty blah! The workers were friendly and they WERE NOT disgruntled.

I eat at this location about 3 times a month. Normally my food is fresh and made exactly how I like it I ordered a Chicken bite box the chicken was old hard and stale the French fries were also old and soggy I open my fish sandwich the bun was ripped and the fillet was also old and hard I'm really disappointed. Management must have changed.
