Great staff, but the management & lemonade are straight TRASH. The lemonade is NEVER sweet. It’s ALWAYS bitter to the point where I have to put a few packs of sugar to make it tolerable. Furthermore, they charge 25 cents PER PACKET of sugar after only giving you two packs. Idk if I’ll be returning.

Within 12 hrs of eating the #1 Sandwich & fries + tea/lemonade I became sick! I had stomach issues for 7 days. After a month, I tried this location again & had the same issue this week!The owner reached out to me, Dr Ross and said that “there was no way his restaurant made me sick”. REALLY….?!?!? WOW,…Don’t eat the food from this location at Northside & West Paces Ferry. Other locations have not made me sick! I’ll never eat here again!!!!

Went to CFA on 4/9/24 with my wife and had an excellent experience. Got CFA deluxe sandwiches, mac and cheese, fries and a vanilla milkshake, and everything was awesome! Food was hot, cooked right, and made quickly. Good job night crew of 4/9/24!

When I arrived shortly after noon the drive-thru traffic was wrapped around the building. I opted to go inside.There was a short line that moved quickly. It was a typical (good) Chic-Fil-A experience.
I wouldn’t be writing this review if it wasn’t the very uncomfortable service I received. The person making my meal was rushing me to speak on multiple occasions saying “come one” “let’s go” or “say it all at once”. I guess this person has never met someone with speech disabilities. I deal with stress about this every day, so this only made me have a panic attack to be goaded into what to say.

Idk what they did with that food I ordered yesterday but it has me , my boyfriend , my 4 year old & 8 month old baby throwing up constantly & has diarrhea , we all threw up that chic fil a 3 hours later & is still doing it , PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE
