Waited for Nuggets for a too long and they still forgot to put them in the bag

Not the worst experiences at a Chick-fil-a, but not the best either.My first time ordering through the app a few weeks ago took quite a bit longer than expected to get my order after I indicated in the app that I had arrived.This evening, I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal, but was only charged for the sandwich and drink. I went back inside to get the fries, and was charged the full price for a medium order of fries instead of ringing up the combo price and charging me the difference. This means I was overcharged by $1.28. It would be nice if I could have this difference credited back to my balance within the app. I can provide pictures of the receipts.
Their food is always fresh, and they give friendly customer care.

Dirtiest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Food all over the tables, floor dirty, bathrooms unclean, fingerprints all over the windows, kids playroom has trash on the floor and fingerprints everywhere. Yet, they have someone on staff now dedicated to this exact job.

Today I went to the Chick-fil-A off of Roswell road in Buckhead and the quality of the food was poor The chicken they gave me I could have cooked at home and the quality of the tater tots were soggy and the customer service was poor Do not go to this Chick-fil-A It's a waste of time and money.

Let me begin by saying the location nearest me was closed for no apparent reason. Nonetheless, we head to the 2nd closest location where, the person taking my order tried to cut my order short, even though I was clearly not finished. Next, I ordered a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup and received NO Tortillas & NO SPOON??!!! Then, when I finally taste the soup, with my own spoon mind you, I discover what appears to be the leg of a creature other than a chicken??? Guys, I am thoroughly disgusted & disappointed, particularly since I am on a soft diet post surgery, but even still totally unacceptable!!. The customer service @ CFA has gone down dramatically of late and I can’t think of any reason to return to such a careless, unworthy establishment. What a terrible fail Chick-fil-a!!!??
