I visited this chick-fil-a on March 22, 2023. I accidentally ordered a breakfast bowl with fried nuggets and kindly asked if there was any way I could get a grilled bowl instead due to my gluten allergy. It would have been one thing if the person I spoke with told me no because that’s against their policy, but they told me no because they didn’t have grilled nuggets that early in the morning. I then proceeded to spend $6 more dollars on another bowl because the person I spoke with didn’t know how to properly do their job. Also I paid an additional forty cents to get chocolate syrup on my drink that they forgot to give me, and when I got it, there was no syrup. Very unhappy.Update: Went back the next day and got a grilled chicken sandwich, ordered a gluten free bun. They forgot my bun.

Ordered on the app. Got my drink order incorrect. No apology or real acknowledgment of the error. Error was corrected. Never received the usual, 'my pleasure' during any of the transaction. Ordered chicken biscuits-undercooked.

It always takes forever and if you have a gluten allergy, they make a mistake about half the time and give you a regular bun. Also, most recent visit I was given food covered in mold.

Ordered Cobb salad and they said there will be nuggets in the description. It does not have nuggets. That is shredded chicken. I told the girl responsible for it. She looked irritated and told me the shredder chicken is nuggets. It doesn’t even look like any picture you can get after googling “Cobb salad with nugget chick fil a”. She looked irritated and asked me what I want and I said refund. She said she can’t do it because I ordered on the app. I don’t think it makes sense. They refunded me before when I ordered online. It’s sad because I thought I liked people here.

Just a quick thanks to those involved in delivering our breakfast to the W Hotel Friday morning for our daughter's pajama party. As out-of-towners it was both nice and convenient to have our favorite fast food delivered to us. Food was ordered early and delivered promptly. And thank you to the management who handled my phone calls, and handling our payment - your attention to detail, and your graciousness to the harried mom were both much appreciated.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order online prior to breakfast ending. I went to the restaurant and one of the managers (middle-aged Caucasian lady) canceled my order right in my face. When I told her that I had been standing there waiting prior to 1030 she told me that it was nothing she can do and to take it up with corporate. She immediately walked away and told a nearby worker that's it's too much going on. She was rude and impatient although I was really nice and respectful to her. Do better !
