I just came to this store because I was craving for the one of the dishes and left without my order because of the negligence of the employees in this location. I was the only costumer in the store and the gentleman behind the balcony had his AirPods on, chatting with someone a lady in the kitchen that seems to be the chef in the kitchen, they both saw me and no one greeted me or took my order. I was just standing there like part one of the columns of the building being completely ignored, while a third employee leaves the back door laughing now with the same lady that was in the kitchen area. They were all chatting and laughing so I didn’t want to bother them with my order and I left and I probably will not be back, at least not in this location.

Kind of a fast food place offering all sorts of chicken salad typically a Southern meal. We had salad in scoop, it was a good experience. Also you are allowed to sample before ordering.

First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. The food was good though.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility.

CSC is THE BEST chicken salad place thus far! I saw a comment saying something about how they have a lot of salt and to be careful of others with illnesses or dietary restrictions. Here's the thing though... that's THEIR recipe! If you know you have high blood pressure or headaches or ANYTHING induced by certain foods, common sense SHOULD tell you not to even eat it in the first place. They shouldn't have to change their recipe because you had an isolated issue and now want to be a negative Nancy about it. There are a million other things to eat and love there! Environment is always welcoming and inviting! Always friendly and a calming presence about the place! NEVER hectic!

I went today at 5:00pm and the shelves were EMPTY. The establishment is open until 8pm so I don’t know how they planned to serve people. Employees were cracking jokes and looking lost, it took 15 minutes to purchase a classic Carol. I’m not sure if management was on-site. I will not be back.

Please please please please pass on to greater management that Dillicious Diva needs to be made a year-round choice, not just a summer special! This is hands-down the BEST chicken salad on the menu! It's a shame to not have it available always! On a more critical note, I don't really understand the use of pickled jalapeños in Kickin Kay Lynne and the spicy pimento cheese. To me, it just tastes like someone upended the salt shaker into the mix. Wayyy too salty. I love a spicy option, but I wish there was one that wasn't so salty. This location in Vinings has terrific staff and the folks here are always so friendly and helpful.

The staff are always so polite and friendly! I have tried most of the chicken salads and they were all delicious. Love the raspberry lemonade! Would only change the provolone cheese. It gives my sandwiches a weird taste and I prefer cheese on my sandwiches. And the soups (broccoli/chicken) can be hit or miss. The potato soup is consistent. Overall, a great place for takeout or dining in!
