These people left off my drink for delivery and the only two resolutions was to 1 offer me a credit and I told the rep I need my drink now. His only other option was to remove that charge. Ummm… what part of I need my beverage delivered to me? I work in an office. Like how am I supposed to go get another beverage. There is a reason why I had it delivered. They should have just refunded my whole order for all that. Bruh. Never again

I stopped by for a snack and ordered a steak taco kids meal. The customer service was awesome. They were friendly and prepared my meal very quickly. The restaurant was very clean and there was ample seating. Chipotle did not disappoint! I will be back.

Came today , march 4th at around 5:30. Friendly staff! Host on receipt says michelle ? but both lady making my food and cashier were friendly. Was clean inside and they give good portions. Love this

Wished I had paid attention to the other reviews for this particular location. Customer service was lacking. They forgot a drink with my order and then argued with me about it. Showed them the receipt, and they just handed over a cup without saying anything. In addition several parts of the order were missing when I got home.

This location sucks. The manage is rude and food was fixed as a veggie plate. We did a group order and 1 plate out of 5 had meat. Then they had the nerve to charge the card over 12 times and got an attitude as if it's their money. I will never order there again. This location should shut down asap. They don't even deserve a star not one at all.

I will say for all the times I have been here it’s always a different experience. The first time I came, there was a sweet boy who served as well. The last time I came, was this rude lady (looked to be a manager) who was so stingy with the food; was in a terrible mood; had a nasty attitude; and I was just in distraught as well as my sister. She was rushing us, and just had a bad attitude overall.

The workers in there act like giving you the food you pay for is against the law, they’re extremely rude, not friendly and lack professionalism. I’ve gone in a few times and each time has gotten worse and worse. If I’m paying $13 for a bowl it better look exactly like the bowls in the commercials. Moving forward I will no longer be eating chipotle. I look forward to the day robots replace the workers at chipotle maybe then I can actually get a full spoon of guacamole instead of the half dumb of the spoon they do while trying to move fast to distract you. Next time I’ll do pick up under Keith Lee maybe then I’ll get some respect.

Finding the epic burrito around Cumberland can be a bit elusive. However, I'll let you in on a little secret right under your nose, Chipotle. Now you can say it's mainstream, and there are some local spots you do not want to sleep on. But when it's Friday, you're hungry, and the fridge is empty... make the call for Chipotle. I went with the carnitas this time and spicy jalapeño. It was a match made in heaven. The burrito ingredients are fresh and flavorful. If you do the order ahead option you can skip the line and go straight to cashier. The restaurant is clean and organized, can get a bit busy during lunch time but evenings are lighter on traffic. They stay open until 11pm now so super convenient for late dinner craving.
