This location never has veggies! I have been so many times and they are always out of veggies; I don't understand why. They are also often out of other things, and they never put a sign or anything to say that so you don't know until halfway into getting your bowl made. It is very frustrating.

I don’t even leave reviews. If you guys close at 11:00pm and that’s what’s advertised online, There’s no reason why employees are not caring about the guests because they are so ready to go?? Why is everything scraped clean and there wasn’t any new rice in the process of being made?? They lied and said they ran out as if they don’t still have to serve people a whole hour before yall close. I want to go home too but when you’re working for an establishment as big as chipotle they SHOULD NOT be in charge of when they no longer want to take or make orders. Whole store filthy just a waste of time. And to the employees, if you don’t want to work at chipotle find a new job. There’s no reason why i have to deal with this at chipotle!! I work in a fine dining restaurant at the end of the block and this is not the first time this happened. It doesn’t take for you to be in fine dining to have hospitality skills. Just ghetto. Hopefully this is addressed . Fast forwarded. I waiting 20 minutes on the rice just for it to come out super hard and sticky. Whole line waiting and the employee gave me a small taste of the rice so i could “try” it. We both tried it swit it OUT and the whole line left. Worst experience ever

Everyone who works there is usually nice, but today I asked for more rice and she refused to serve me more, then looked at me without respect. Bad experience, not coming anymore to this location.

I come to this Chipotle all the time and the service is typically great! However today I was met with a black staff worker that was extremely rude. She also gave me a VERY small amount of protein. I asked for just a few more pieces and she told me I'd be charged a double. I asked to speak to a manager but unfortunately there were only 3 workers there at the time. The service us typically good here but today this particular staff member was very rude.

This Chipotle needs to be shut down, because the reviews are the truth. I don't even normally eat at this place, and decided to order a steak bowl with items on it and a chip/queso. My Uber Eats order comes guess what the reviews where right. No steak bowl, but some other meat with only beans, and rice. Yes you heard it right no sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc that you would order. No chips/queso or utensils either in a sealed back with it taped to the side. I mean the reviews don't lie they don't ever have to worry about me being a customer.

I just went here and I was already having a bad day I thought chipotle would cheer me up.. wrong. I asked for double rice, they barely had any and she was like “i can give you what i have” which was barely even a full bowl. We then move to the protein and I tell her which kind I want, she then proceeds to put not even half of a scoop of chicken onto my bowl, I barely got any chicken. WILL NOT be back. There seems to be some type of communication imbalance between the employee because they do not work well together at all.

I would recommend a different location. Brown rice was chewy and the cashier audibly sighed when she had to enter in my gift card. There was no line and this is a basic job function of a cashier. I thanked her at the end and she was very dismissive. I would take your money elsewhere.
