Unequivocally the best Chipotle in Atlanta. The staff is fantastic and the food and meat is always of the highest quality. We will be ordering all Chipotle moving forward from this location. 10/10!
Service was poor at best. They didn't speak English. I asked to order a quesadilla and they said online. Then when I asked why I couldn't order one, they turned around and walked away. I'm not trying to judge anyone but it's obvious that the staff doesn't speak English which also makes me question whether they are legally in the United States. I'm only saying this because they didn't understand anything I said unless it was a food item they served. I even asked if extra cheese was an additional cost and they looked at me like I was an alien from mars. Only reason I gave this 2 stars was the food was decent but I wasn't able to order what I wanted because they didn't know what I was asking for I guess. Y'all should look into hiring people that speak English. If they aren't here legally then y'all should also look into that because that could cause big problems for your company. Not making any accusations but just a suggestion.

This place is a "well oiled machine"! ? Awesome Chipotle location -- fast friendly service -- everyone working together really well and fast -- nice vibe and atmosphere -- Really Great Service ? Food was Awesome too!! Busy Spot -- but great crew working here! Will be back!

This is my first time at this location and normally I only go to select locations but today I was in the area and decided to try it out. The portions are very very small. I got half barbacoa and chicken and the portions i was given was as if I had gotten a taco. I dont know if the person making my bowl was new or just was scared to put too much and get in trouble but I’ve never had portionins like this before. I’ve worked for chipotle for several years so I know the system and portions and this was not it. I had to ask too many times for more because even the extra was so little and we know how expensive chipotle can be especially when you get chips and a drink.. thats like a $20+ lunch and im paying for the meat not the rice and other toppings so i want my moneys worth. To top if off, the cashier charged me for guacamole when I never got guac and the neither meat had any flavor, it was really bland. The manager ended up compensating me with a little more meat and a refund on the guac I was charged but overall my experience wasn’t the best. I normally dont make reviews like this but I just had to because if it wasnt for my dad. I would have just left. Hopefully this gets addressed and the mananger can maybe go over portion size with the team and being comfortable with adding a little more when customers ask.

Service was absolutely terrible! The ingredients that were suppose to be hot were almost ice cold, just like the attitude of one employee who assisted with my order. Some ingredients were deemed "unavailable" because of the hour in which I walked in to order two barbacoa burritos (it was 7:57pm on a Monday night). They did not want to prepare additional or retrieve other ingredients from the back. I did the survey and thought to also share this awful experience with others. I can understand ingredients to a certain point, but when you roll your eyes, mumble your words rudely, and proportion ingredients unevenly between identical burritos I will have an issue. I will do the courtesy and not name names. Very disappointed in this chipotle location. FYI- they responded and failed to keep the messaging system open for a resolution. If Chipotle cares, they will message me. Not continue dropping the message system.

Chipotle as a whole may be going down in terms of portions and quality BUT this specific location is its own thing. I’ve come here so many times and I’ve never been disappointed. I will literally drive further to get to this location vs any other in Atlanta. 10/10

The team working on 12/9/23 around 4:30pm was amazing. The food was fresh, tasty and hot. The food bar presentation was great and the restaurant was clean. If you frequent Chipotle locations you know the food bar presentation is never great and employees always place the food droppings on the bar back into the pans which is outright disgusting. However, from what I witnessed it doesn’t seem to happen here. Kudos to this team 10/10!! I will certainly frequent this location for now on.
