This was the most unforgettable dining experience I’ve ever had! I was blown away by the impeccable service from our server, Denyse. You could tell that she put so much thought and effort into making our anniversary so special. Not only was the food amazing, but every expectaction I had was exceeded. I truly cannot thank Denyse and her amazing team enough!

We went to "The Club", the private part of Chops Lobster Bar, and the service and food were great. Highly recommend(You can smoke cigars there, too.)

It was really good just, excellent service and great overall dining experience, but no real standouts except maybe the best muscles I've ever had and cooked just right. Love The lobster bar atmosphere.

Excellent fine dining experience. Top of the line service. Tuna tartare was my favorite with the seafood tower a big hit. Do not sleep on that Broccolini,so delicious !They let us substitute oysters for more shrimp. Best homemade cookies and cream ice cream

Disappointing Experience at Chops Lobster Bar My recent visit to Chops Lobster Bar left much to be desired. Despite arriving only 13 minutes past our reservation time, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude from the staff, who seemed eager to close for the night. Despite explaining that my guest would arrive shortly, the sense of rush persisted.Having to hurriedly place our orders before my husband's arrival detracted from the dining experience, leaving me feeling more like a time manager than a patron there to savor a meal. While the food's presentation was adequate, the taste fell short of expectations, rendering it mediocre at best.Perhaps my expectations were too high for this renowned establishment, or perhaps Chops Lobster Bar prioritizes its reputation over customer satisfaction. Regardless, compared to other well-known eateries in Atlanta like McKendrick's Steak House and Kaiser Chophouse, Chops fell short.Regrettably, I cannot recommend Chops Lobster Bar based on my experience, and I would advise others to explore alternative dining options in Atlanta.

My friends and I were out of towners trying to enjoy the Chop’s experience. We did for the most part as whole. Anthony was of great service and showed amazing hospitality. Unfortunately, I made a noise complaint to a belligerent, disrespectful group of elders! Chad addressed it as best he could through his managerial duties. Sadly enough he was disrespected as well. This group of individuals was addressed on multiple occasions. From both managers and surrounding tables.They continued their rowdiness with the lack of any efforts in noise reduction. To make a long story short : a disrespectful, miserable, loud, four-eyed imbecile makes more remarks reflecting a level of discomfort that was completely embarrassing. We continued to walk away while they got louder. I gave my final remark to Chad stating he has shown gratitude, great hospitality; while experiencing this total embarrassment from customers. No matter how much money is being spent, you can’t change the ways of ignorant folks. I would say people but their actions were totally inhumane. The sense of entitlement was inevitable. That’s why they felt comfortable publicly disrespecting Chops’ other customers. Shame on them.
