I'm so over this place. If you can't get Uber eats orders right, please stop accepting them. This is the third time I've ordered and my food arrived wrong. This time I paid for extra dressings and additional toppings. I simply received the bowl without the extra toppings and no extra dressings. I'm actually pissed right now. Had a hard day and was looking forward to eating my bowl as I ordered and PAID extra for. At this point, this establishment is stealing from me. I paid for things I did not receive. I work too hard for my money to continuing to order and not receive my stuff. When I am in the area I frequent this spot but I live 30 minutes away so I can't just up and go to the store. I paid delivery fees, surcharges, tip to the driver and PAID for items missing from my bag. I am pissed. Thanks for ruining my night. Again.

Chopt? Chopped it out of the park! From the delicious food to the amazing service by Markiece, everything was top-notch. I’m plant based so I always get the craft your own salad with the Mexican Goddess dressing which is phe-no-me-nal! Coming here around lunch time is always a truly stellar experience! Markiece deserves a special shoutout for making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Markiece if you ever find/read this review thank you! I def recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a great place to get a salad!

This is not about the food it’s about for anyone thinking about working here! These people are the MOST unprofessional I have ever come across!!! Went in for what was so called an orientation and waited for two hours before the guy named Charles came to see me which threw me off because the place was empty and slow that day and there was another manger there Marquis who could have handled me and didn’t smh. Then after being hired I was left un informed or anything waiting up to two weeks until I found another job to be put on the schedule and still have yet to be put on the schedule. I am soooooo glad I did not get this job I feel my time and patience was taken for granted and I will never think about working at any location or any store called/named chopt again. They didn’t even call me or email or text me to let me know the position I applied for was filled then offered to have me work as a dishwasher which was fine but I hated the way they carried the entire situation. These people are young and should not be in management in my opinion smh. It’s sad because I would have been dedicated and I would have done more than my job, too bad now because I’m on to the next so to you chopt don’t even bother calling me to start.. your time has run dry!! Merry Christmas I have the job I want now!!!
They don’t even have the decency to tell you how long you’ll be waiting for a delivery order, and when it’s finally ready after being ignored for 30 minutes they’ll just hand you a bag and walk away. Do better, customer service is trash.

I love this location!!! Every time I walk in there all the staff is so nice.. i love when Milan makes my salads.. she doesn’t rush me, and always give me a details on new dressings! The manager markeice is always so hands on with everything! The night I went in there I seen him doing delivery order, cashier and making food! It is always super clean when I go to the dining area, which makes me feel good… I don’t know about the other locations, but this location is top tier and I don’t plan on going to any other location..Vegetarian options: I usually get no meat on my salad and the veggie options are endlessParking: Big parking lot.

Totally love the Chopt! I purchase the Chicken Tinga salad and dressing and got home and realized something with the dressing had changed; I thought I had gotten the wrong dressing. I’m not exactly sure what happened but I spoke with Ms. Wannita and she helped me to make a different dressing choice and the new dressing choice made the Chicken Tinga awesome!!! Great salads that are healthy and really great customer service!Dietary restrictions: The dressings I chose, Mexican Goddess and Sweet Chipotle, had no mayo and no seed oils. Great for the Mediterranean Diet/Lifestyle
