CHOPs is a staple for us. The team is consistently perfect. The level of detail and care is something we value and highly appreciate from the CHOPs team. Roberto is always so gracious and appreciative of us dining at CHOPs. Five stars always!
The food was average. I ordered a lobster which wasn't good. My son had a NY strip and my daughter had a filet. The steaks were good, not great and the price was high. Sides were also good, not great. Caesar salad wasn't anything special, calamari was a small plate. The atmosphere was crowded, old and by the kitchen it smelled unappealing. I wouldn't go back for the price. Service was good, plenty of wait staff and attentive.

Service was great. Starters including calamari and shrimp and oysters were all fresh and nicely presented. Pork chop in particular was outstanding. It's pricey but you at least get great quality and service. I only marked the ambience a bit lower as we were seated in a more remote area and had a very loud crowded table next to us with several people dressed in jeans and tennis shoes which is against their public dress code policy

Wife's meal (lobster bisque/filet mignon) was very good. My appetizer (shrimp/crabmeat cocktail) was fresh and well presented but was scant. The real shortfall was the dry-aged New York Strip steak. It was not particularly flavorful and can charitably be described as chewy. At $82 this should have been much, much better. Both of our steaks were properly cooked to order. With the described meals, one cocktail and one glass of wine each and no dessert the bill exceeded $135/person plus tax and tip; a pretty hefty price for a very ordinary experience.

This was our first trip to Atlanta, and we walked by this restaurant, then read the reviews and booked a reservation. They have a wonderful assortment of meat and fish dishes, and our meals of fresh raw oysters from both the east and west coast,Faroe Island salmon, and sea bass were excellent. We live in Oregon and have lots of salmon here, but this was special and came with a delicious sauce. This place is busy and noisy, with a large bar, but the service is superb. Our waiter, Christopher, is a long time employee, and a true and charming professional. We were in Atlanta, Savannah, and Charleston for ten days, and this was our best meal.

Outstanding evening celebrating my husband's birthday! Harrison was our waiter and was such a delight - very personable and engaging—- he was the highlight of our experience. Such a great asset for Chops—— he made our evening!
Our dinner at Chops was outstanding. It was a special occasion and they made sure that it was special for all of us. Chops is expensive, but we had gift cards, were there with our favorite people, and had a wonderful time. This was our first time eating dinner there(we usually go for linch). It was louder at dinner, so I prefer the quieter atmosphere at linch. Definitely recommend Chops.

Delicious. Only thing I would change is the need for unique desserts. The banana dish was lacking. Nothing unique in the way of your desserts. Otherwise two thumbs up. Dover sole and bone in ribeye delicious.

Wife and I celebrated our birthdays. Both had filets perfectly cooked. I had stone crab appetizer. She a salad with pink lady apples and such. Sides: corn mash, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and green beans were all done well. Desserts: creme brulé and apple raisin cake w/ ice cream. Can't imagine a restaurant doing those things better, though service was a bit slow at the end of the meal. Took a bit too long to get the bill. We've been to Chops dozens of times and will continue to dine there.
This is our second time at Chops and it was even better than the first which is hard to beat! Beverley was beyond wonderful and very knowledgable of the menu! We look forward to coming back again!

We came for my father's birthday. The staff made sure that he had an amazing time. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. I wish I could remember the names of our waitstaff because they were outstanding. We will definitely return. Thank you for the amazing experience.
The food was amazing but it so noisy. The part that will keep us from coming back soon is having to wait 20 minutes for the valet to bring the car at the end. You need to put a process in place so we can text or request the car before reaching the valet desk. That was really frustrating after a great meal.

I reserved a table early so we could have decent seating then was placed in area outside main room ( off to the side where no one was). When I asked to be moved to the main room or even bar area, I was told that those tables were reserved???? I also had a reservation . Chops did reseat but the service continued to be terrible. Our waiter barely attended our table. We ordered 450 of food for 4 people. Ate our salads holding our menus. Had to wave people down to get attention at 6 pm on Saturday when place was not full. I've been going to this place for over 20 years and this was a bust for me.
