The Bakery was warm and inviting. We were greeted by the manager Victoria who was very sweet and cordial. The young lady who took our order, Tiara, was very friendly. To top it all off our coffee was hot and our bagels were delicious. My out of town guests were very pleased. Awesome experience and an enjoyable cozy environment ?
Worst staff ever. Got cold food and they were rude. They dropped reorder on floor and wasn’t sure if reserving so I walked out.I heard staff in back talking about, "food stays around cold for delivery orders". I ordered my food from the counter, NOT for delivery. Next time how about just saying, sorry I didn't do my job and heating it up.The bagls are good, but the eggs, bacon, sausage are pretty below average.The Owner says "Reach out", Yet I fill out the contact/feedback from as request, and hear nothing back. Nice fake reply to all the comments here.

I come in from time to time and dine in. However, lately the homeless have been camping out in the dining areas. The smell is horrendous! For your dining pleasure don’t eat here.

First time at this location yesterday and let me say the customer service (S/o to STACY!!!), was amazing!!! She was sweet, talkative and was genuinely interested in every single person in there. I had mentioned that I'm a hardcore coffee drinker and she gave me a sample of their vanilla hazelnut (delicious btw even without cream/sugar). I'm not downtown too often but next time I am, I'll stop there just to eat and say hello. Ty guys for excellent service and food❤️

The food was great but even better was the customer service. From the moment I stepped in the building to placing my order to eating my food until walking out the door. They were attentive and made sure everyone was OK and satisfied. I give all props to the management and associates working. Great work.

Einstein Bros is a reliable place to pick up breakfast staples. I breezed in on a cold morning since it was just a short walk from my hotel and I thought it would be cheaper than a hotel breakfast. I had the "All-Nighter" and it was decent. The bagel was soft on the outside and gently toasted. Cheese could have been melted more, but the whole sandwich worked pretty well. Coffee and OJ were both very good. Staff are polite and efficient. It isn't as good as Noah's (familiar to West Coasters), but I'd go back.

A reasonably good option in the area. Staff this morning was kind and efficient. I bought two grab and go bagels and coffee. Store was relatively clean versus the Starbucks location next door. This is probably a better option for bagels/regular coffee. Would return.
Best place for a quick breakfast if you’re staying at a nearby hotel. Way better than the overpriced hotel breakfast!

Decent, quick meal. Exactly what you’d expect but this location is a bit dirty (trash hasn’t been emptied, out of napkins, etc.)Wheelchair accessibility: There wasn’t a lot of room for wheelchairs. Doable but if it’s busy it will be a pain.
