Our server Blair was terrific and everything we had to eat and drink was spectacular. We got the asador experience, and each item was more delicious than the one that came before it. We were so full by the end we had to take quite a bit to go so we get to relive the experience tomorrow!

This place lived upto the expectation. Highly recommended. Food flavors will excite your pallet. Txlindron- braised lamb shoulder was the most amazing choice form the Pintxos menu. Also got the Sweet Gwendoline Gin and Tonic.....was on the 2nd one as I wrote this review ?

Very refreshing to have great customer service! Our server, A, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, and is passionate about describing each item. We had the Pulpo A La Gallega (octopus) and the txlindron (lamb), and both were wonderful! A was very personable and delivered excellent customer service, which is hard to come by these days! Well done!

A little pricey for the portion sizes but the flavor of each dish makes it sooo worth it. Definitely get the smoked mushroom toast and the bikini you will not regret it. Service is great too.
It's as if this place is specifically named to only invite a certain type of person. As I'm typing the music just transitioned from Jay-Z’s 1998 classic “Money Ain’t A Thing” to Haliee Standfield’s “Coast”. Very reflective of the Lets eat and have fun atmosphere held by the staff. My server is TREVOR(who should be promoted immediately) and he is the reason why I'm coming back. Not only could he help me navigate the menu but throughout the night he engaged me about the various aspects of the menu, what could be made without pork and even knew the history behind the name of Cooks and Soliders. From this experience alone I’m planning my next visit with a friend n this is before we get to the food!The Food is top notch and playful with its flavors and presentation I had the Txlindron(pronounced Chlindron) I paired it with the Patatas Bravas and the Grilled Brócoli(pls share the broccoli with someone). All three had flavors n textures I wouldn't normally pair(like an olive with the lamb) but all worked really well. One thing that I immediately noticed was the presentation. The shape and patterns of the plates draw you to their center. The silverware is gleaming and weighty(I really want the set tbh) and the glassware feels nice in hand.Overall you can tell the people behind this place really enjoy the business that they are in. Again shout out to TREVOR. If you can get him, you'll be in great hands. Will be back
