We checked in Sunday afternoon around 2pm. Front desk manager asked were in town for business, yes. When we got to our room, neither one us could get internet service on the 2nd floor. I went down to the lobby and got on right away, Walked up to my room, lost service. I went back to the front desk, the manager said the server was down. He could not explain why we could get service in the lobby but not on the 2nd floor. After dinner, my wife and I both tried to get connections on our computers and cell phones, no luck. Back to the lobby, got on immediately, I asked the front desk manager what was going on? He was very short and rude, after a few minutes he gave me a toll free number to call an IT dept, 20 minutes on the phone got us nowhere. This morning, we got up early in hopes of being able to log on, no luck. I went down stairs in hopes of speaking with someone who could help and try and find what the problem was. The girl at the front desk wasn't any help, she told me I'll make a note of this. Our shower had very little water coming out with no pressure, the front desk girl, I'll make a note of this.If you sat on the commode sit, hold on , it was barely hanging on.Again, I was hoping to get some kind of resolution or explanation from a manage instead of writing thi negative review.SO SAD!

Entire staff is unprofessional and act like they do not want to be there. No one is where they need to be (Front Desk and Bar). I normally stay at Marriott brands when I travel and this is the first time ever I had such a bad experience. I would have never written a review about the lack of customer service but now I have experienced another incident post check-out. I called the hotel round 6am on April 7 to inquire about possibly leaving something in the hotel room. It took a little moment for someone to answer. Once the lady answer the phone I stated that I was there over the weekend and may have left something. She asked what was it and I stated that it may have been a watch but I was unsure. A few seconds of silence came. I thought she may have been checking but no she stated "Well you have a good day" and hung up in my face. I thought maybe she couldn't hear me so I called someone else who stated that they could hear me fine. So I decided to call back because maybe something happened on their end. She once again answered the phone. I stated "Hey I just called there a second ago to ask a question and not sure why I was hung up on." She said "Well you can call back later" and hung up again. This is extremely unprofessional and no one with that level of service should be providing services to people. I understand that sometimes people have a bad day but this was uncalled for. It is completely unacceptable. I do not appreciate it. Now I am for sure if something was possibly left in the room it would not be retrievable. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself is decent. But I would never stay at this location again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here. As far as the stay, there was always a wait for someone to be present at the front desk. On a Saturday afternoon (April 1), there was no bartender present for hours only the cook. This place was lacking. No bottle waters are in the room nor are they offered at check-in. Corporate needs to go in and correct issues in this hotel starting with the employees.

After a two night stay, we checked out this morning. On both nights starting about 10:30 pm, the adjacent room became noisy with loud rap music, someone pounding on the door from the hallway, shouting in the hallway and room, slamming doors, etc. I told the desk clerk about the noise this morning and she said someone would look into it since the occupants were a "short stay" and would not be leaving today. Good luck to anyone who checks into the room we stayed in. We will be returning to Vinings next month and will look elsewhere to stay. Too bad because the hotel is very clean with great parking and in a great location. Security is needed to patrol the hallways.

Yup.. Horrible customer service as soon as I entered this hotel.. it's ridiculous, you would think they would obtain a job where they don't have to serve guests? The rooms are nice but the customer service is soo consistent throughout the establishment.. i call front desk and try to explain the issue and the employee immediately cuts me off and doesn't let me finish ! I would never come back here! Ghetto to say the least

The entire staff was very friendly, especially Carrie at the front desk who made us feel very welcome! The hotel is comfortable and very clean. Great lobby. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There are Tesla chargers in the garage which is a big plus!

Okay sooooo...The Courtyard Marriott in Vinings did not disappoint. Everywhere i go it's always gonna be the customer service fuh me...and they came through big time. From the night agent Kerri to the daytime agent Kaitland I felt like I was important. Dealing with busted pipes at home, what they did not want to do was make this a bad experience too and they didn't! The were very pleasant and helpful. When I needed extra towels I got them in 5 minutes! And the wings from the cafe downstairs might be in the running for best hotel food in the ATL. The room was also clean(although you KNOW I had to do my extra spray and wipe down). Even the housekeeping crew was pleasant and nice. Come through Vinings, I see you!!

Why a 4 star? After three days staying here. This hotel was a 2 star. Reviews on here have truths. Service in the dining area was rude and they served us a quesadillas that should have been tossed. We felt profiled in how we were treated. When checking out I complained. It's unfair that I was put in this position as a guest. I started talking to the front desk. Her name escapes me sadly. She listened to me then Rashad finished with a guests and joins my conversation with the front desk female. The behavior and the way I was treated by these two was fair and that is all I ask from anyone I do business with. Be reasonable and fair. Rashad went above and beyond and I'll try to remember the females name. They both are the reason we will try this hotel next work trip. Rooms and hotel itself is a very appealing place to stay. Service staff gets a hall pass until next stay.

From greeting to exit our entire stay was tainted with seriously poor customer service and honestly discrimination because I wasn't the same ethnicity as the other guests. I was treated poorly. Staff is lazy, unprofessional and inept. The room was nice but even though only a few years old there was significant wear and cleanliness issues. Pick somewhere else that deserves your money. General Manager down to security staff at night. Major miss.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Service was great, room was nice, and the location was very convenient to Vinings and northern suburbs. No issues with noise, temperature, or anything else that others have noted. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the area.

It's a nice business hotel. There is no real food service though - just a lobby Starbucks with very simple breakfast food options. They do have carafes of coffee next to the check in counter but you have to pay for it regular Starbucks prices. The rooms are clean and neat and the bed was good. The shower was good. The air conditioning is in-room and loud, but for some reason it didn't bother me. If you arrive late then there is an Irish Pub down the hill behind the gas station that serves food until 10 pm.

Ok, yeah so the place is clean and nice and all, but where have you EVER stayed that is this clean and nice that doesn't have free breakfast and coffee? Ok, scratch that, at LEAST!!!! COFFEE!!!!!!! I couldn't possibly care less that it's Starbucks coffee. But if I have to stand in line behind 10 people who are waiting to PAY to have their breakfast cooked to order by the ONE AND ONLY person working the counter, just to have to PAY for a cup of coffee, that's a serious issue for me. How hard is it to set up some coffee carafes on a cart? Because I'll tell you right now, if you can't figure out how every other hotel on the PLANET can manage to do that, then I will damn well stay at one that knows how. And I'll get a hot breakfast to go with it. For FREE.

I was looking for a local hotel stay due to faculty AC unit at home and reserved this hotel. The days I stayed I felt it was a bit overpriced for the area (almost $300 per night. The property was extremely clean and the entire staff made the cost worth it. Only con was very cute of the room overlooked the parking lot and a bus load of teenage boys staying after some type of sports event who never maintained any COVID protocols and obviously did not understand the use of an “inside voice”. It would have been nice if some type of breakfast was included in rate. Overall, very pleased with hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great stay! It's been about 2 years since I was last there for business (it was pretty new then). To My delight the property still looks great. Rooms are clean and a good size. I'm partial to their ground floor rooms that have higher ceilings. Location is perfect with restaurants, gas station close. I found the team to be helpful. I had a small issue with my room and the front desk were apologetic, professional and helpful to quickly resolve the issue. Team at the bistro were no different and served with smiles. The group booking team Abigail & Sabrina go above and beyond with regards to service. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance. I had no problem with pricing.
