This was my first time coming here and I have a few mixed emotions. Let me start off by saying the customer service was top tier. All of the servers looked amazing and they were so kind and patient. My server constantly came over and checked on us and made sure we were good, as did the gentleman who brought out our food. The music / atmosphere was a vibe. The presentation of the food was cute. The food itself was mid. My friends and I all got different things and nobody ate more than half of their plate bc we were disappointed with how it tasted. I’m so sad because literally everything else was perfect.

I recently came to 404 for the first time and everything was great! Food, music, atmosphere, 10/10! Jada was my waitress and she was very friendly, attentive and on point. I definitely will be coming back.

Went on a small outing here with only two people, ordered two shots of patron, and two other small drinks with patron and my total was $129. They also charged me $63 for a hookah. Won’t be coming back to say the least. Beware. They overcharge.Mind you this was a totally separate charge for the hookah. So I paid damn near $200 for one hookah and four drinks. Because I was cheated, I won’t be coming back or recommend this place for others.
