Friendly and helpful staff. I've been there many times and the staff is always helpful. Food is always quick and perfect. They are so.gpod I have contacted there customer service about it.There's a major problem with it's location the food court that it's in has a security staff that's is rude, pushy and have no customer service skills although I highly recommend this location the security at the food court ruins the experience. I was waiting for a friend and was told by security I had to leave. Because I was loitering. When my friend arrived a few mins later. We went back and while we were eating was approached by security again and even though I had food this time was told I had to leave because they had told me before.I have to over $200 in gift cards to Dairy Queen and will be spending them at yhe other locations even though this location is the best I have been to in GA.

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for years and now things are just subpar. First the ice cream machine is still making me find a restroom within 30 minutes when the other DQ off North Ave doesn't after a year of trying it. Like thoroughly clean your machine.I ate there yesterday on March 20th. I can't believe that credit machine now has a tipping option on top of a tip jar for counter service. So you ask for tips but make me get a straw and napkins and charge me for extra sauce and yall have the nerve to add a tipping option? What gives? The same meals have gone up in price already to accommodate for inflation. This is just beyond greedy.

I was looking forward to getting a cone after class. Looking forward to it all day, just for them to be closed WELL by 7:45… Either have the correct hours, or stay open for the appropriate time. Not going to get ugly about it, but come on DQ… Fix your hours and/or management to stay open to when you say you do. Having your hours be accurate isn’t too much to ask. Also, it only took me 1 minute to type this, not that deep to me. But yall need to get it together…

I came to dairy queen for a Burger during Dragoncon. Costed about $14+ for a regular size double cheese burger with small fries and regular drink. The burger tasted like a mediocre burger king, the fries were kinda like mcdonalds. It was a little underwhelming but the biggest kicker was my stomache did not agree with any of this and quickle expelled some contents shortly after. My life was very happy before this burger and now something else is soiled unincluding my evening. Not sure if id recommend

food was great .. only problem manager needs to have staff to put on hair net while employees handle food .. airport alt E concourse location ..2 women had lost hair all out while servin food
