I would regularly go to ding tea. I dine in and sometimes purchase online. This one particular time I saw they had a new website to order online through and the time would be quicker for me to get it. This was hungry panda, it is the first icon that pops up when you want to order online.I get there at the time it states my order would be ready, and they tell me that they don’t see my order. At this time I have already paid, I show the employees receipt of purchase, but they still say they can’t find it in their system.They call the manager and the manager tells me that they are not associated with hungry panda (even though it is the first icon that pops up to order to go) and there is nothing they can do for me. Honestly, it was very upsetting that they did not honor my purchase. I am a regular here, and I lost money for something they have posted on their page. This happened several weeks ago, and hungry panda is still the first icon that pops up to order online. Posting this so no one makes the same mistake as me.

Definitely a great spot to get bubble tea and it has a nice vibes for being very friendly and chilled. We got some drinks and played games with my kids after eating dinner Poke (it is so delicious ?) next door. Taro mash drink is my favorite but wish it has a bit more in the cup. Lol.
Very unprofessional staff the facility was dirty and there was no manager on duty to resolve my issue I was told that the owner was in Vietnam and to call back in 3 weeks with my concern

Got Some Boba and Macaroons. The Boba is great! We got an Ice cream float with black boba and a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, which were amazing! I love Macaroons but these ones didn't have too much flavor. If you didn't tell me what they were before hand I probably couldn't guess off taste alone. Overall I'd definitely recommend the Milk Teas or Float. Pricing on the drinks was very fair (around 5.50) 3 Macaroons and 2 drinks was $22

The service was so good, I felt very welcomed the moment I walked in! I came when they were having an event and they were giving away adorable plushies if you spun a wheel and I got it! Drinks were amazing too!

Great Boba, Room for Improvement in Customer ServiceToday, my brother and I visited Ding Boba for some late-night refreshments. While the drinks were mostly satisfying, the customer service experience was mixed, which prompts me to focus on that aspect in this review.I've lived near Ding Boba since its opening but visited for the first time today, due to having heard mixed reviews. The Rainbow Slush and Mango Strawberry Slush were fantastic, the Signature Milk Tea was good, and the Passion Fruit Green Tea was fairly standard. However, both frozen drinks were missing the double serving of boba we paid for.When we pointed out the mistake, one employee's response made it seem as though it was our fault. Later, when my brother attempted to collect our remaining drinks, another employee incorrectly asserted that they weren't ours, based on the name on the card used for payment. We had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to finally clarify the situation.Only one of the three staff members we interacted with showed genuine hospitality. While one employee did apologize for the initial mix-up with the boba servings, the overall service experience left much to be desired. I may return for the quality of the drinks, but I'll be cautious depending on who is on duty.Rating: 4 stars for the drinks, 2 stars for customer service.
