Whoever paid themselves with unauthorized tip should be fired. I had a pick up order so I left no tip. I put a line through the tip blank on the receipt.And the next day I noticed that the payment had been updated, and someone that works there had written in tip so they can cash that out.This never happened to me before at this location. Maybe someone new they hired thinks they won’t get caught.

Absolutely horrible experience! I tipped $5 for curbside service and no one brought me my order. I ended up waiting over 45 for my order when my order was ready in 15 minutes. The purpose of picking it up was so that my food would be hot. Totally

I ordered dinner at 5:58.. it wasn’t delivered until 8:25 and when we got it, it was covered in hot sauce. Before it was delivered, I called to cancel it and the guy that answered said “please feel free to call back and leave a message” and hung up, after I told him I wanted to cancel. If I wasn’t on bed rest I would take this food right back to them. ? Incredibly disappointed.

Completed my order online at 7:08 pm.. order did not arrive until 8:47 pm. Called once was on hold for nearly 15 min. Called again after it had been an hour and a half since placing my order and asked how long for delivery, .... "40 min" ... had to be transferred to find out about my medium pizzas and order of pasta, was on hold for 25 min, never got through to anyone but my order was delivered!!Thankfully it was fresh, and hot, and delicious!!

This dominos location is the reason why we should be able to select 0 stars. Avoid like the plague. My pizza was out of the oven in the ‘quality check’ phase for 2 hours. I attempted to call the store multiple times and nobody ever answered!

Rude and incompetent--just like everyone else says. If you like waiting 2 hours for an order that never shows up--and then being blamed by the manager for having the audacity to order it "contactless," then order from here. Otherwise, save your money.

You can order your own custom pizza through the Domino's app easily, Domino's Pizza does not look premium even in taste you cannot say it supreme inequality but it is a good and quick option

I tried Dominos for the first time in years, and it was not good at all! I was just eating thick bread and a taste of cheese. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and very few toppings. I would’ve been better off ordering bread sticks! I spent $20 and it was a total waste!

As stated in the MANY negative reviews below, I too would award that store a NEGATIVE star if possible. Following an unrealistic delay for my order, 90+ minutes, when someone FINALLY answered the phone, they were adamant (and very rude... when did manners die in the South, this ain't NY!?!) that it was a "recorded line". I will suggest this, since 99% of my interactions with other Domino's stores are decent and worth the money, how about Corporate Domino's pull these "recorded phone calls" and turn them into a teaching tool during their training on "How You Don't Domino"!?!? At least that way, there would be something positive gained from such a negative experience. Dudes, It is JUST PIZZA, How hard can it BE?!?! I'll be visiting Papa J's next time.

I can see why the reviews are so bad. Ordered pizza with lava cakes and received a brownie instead. James, manager was extremely rude when I called about it and said that because they tried to call and got no answer, they just substituted as their “policy.” The order confirmation says that if they call about an order and can’t reach you, they will not deliver the order, not that they will substitute. James continuously interrupted me, talked over me and then hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to give me his supervisor’s name. His offer was to give me a credit on my NEXT order. I am visiting and won’t have a NEXT order. Worst service EVER. However, the gentleman who delivered the food was very nice.
