Nostalgia is priceless!!! We moved to the Atlanta area from Columbus, Ohio, which is where Donatos originated. We drive all the way from Alpharetta to North Druid Hills every other Friday!!!

Can’t rate the food as I didn’t receive it! Door dash claims I got the order. Called them to no avail and the store numerous times. Had to actually drive there to get a refund in person as this was delivery! Over it and not one apology, even had to beg for a receipt to ensure I actually do get my refund!
I have been coming to eat at this location more and more. I travel 58 minutes, one way, because of the customer service Ashley provides. She is a breath of fresh air and is always enthusiastic. Not only is the food 10 out of 10 but you won’t be disappointed in the service at all! This is definitely my pizza restaurant of choice!

Just had Donatos for the first time. They did not deliver the salad but to their credit reimbursed immediately. Pizza was soggy, flavorless, not sure why someone would order it. Chicken wings were actually much better. Won’t order again, support local businesses.

What happened to this place? The service was terrible today - only the pizza was worse. Literally zero taste, almost no toppings (half the normal amount) but completely tasteful. Give it a pass.

I ordered Donatos online for my food to be delivered. A dasher named Ashley H did not deliver my food and I called Donatos and they corrected the mistakr right away. I asked to just come pick up my order and bring it to my car and they confirmed that they could. I appreciate this because I have my 1 year old with me and its cold and windy today and I’d rather not take her out but they made it possible for us to have their delicious pizza. Thank you Donatos of Toco Hills!
