I wish I could leave 0 stars! I’ve been calling this location for weeks and no answer! I wanted to order grape nut ice cream and it was always crossed off the menu as “sold out” so I checked today and it was put back on the menu, so I ordered a pint size and drove 20 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t receive my order and they would make it now. I said no problem and kindly waited at the window for 15 minutes for them to come back and tell me they don’t have grape nut ice cream until the summer time! This is the most unprofessional establishment, and don’t even try to call and check on your order or ask questions because they phone just rings and no one ever answers!

On Sunday, after grocery shopping at 6 different stores, I was driving by Double Scoop Ice Cream. I had heard great things about their fare but never made it last year. Well I passed by but did a turn around in a nearby driveway. I'm so glad I did! I ordered the rum cake sundae. OMG, IT WAS OUTSTANDING! The cake was real rum cake! I was allowed to change the ice cream from vanilla to rum raisin. Lucious! Superb! DELICIOUS! I will be back. Adamsville? Do not sleep on this gem of an ice cream parlor. The customer service was great & the choosings are plentiful. DoubleScoop? Y'all on point!

Multiple hairs found in the ice cream. We got 2 scoops and the gentleman was very friendly but there were 2 hairs noticeably in the scoops of ice cream, not just sitting on top but actually in the scoop. The place looked closed, should've kept driving.I recommend going elsewhere. Finding multiple hairs embedded in the ice cream, is outrageous.

I enjoyed the ice cream. I hope that you don't close permenately. Maybe you all could sell mochas and cappuccinos in the winter time to keep the business going thoughout the year. We don't have a place to get coffee on MLK. Gas station coffee yuck.

We were craving ice cream and drove past the mlk location in the past. We went, received a warm welcome, our order was taken efficiently, and both orders were good! The brownie in the sundae was so hot!

The young man that took my order was very nice and helpful. I tipped him because he has great customer service. The reason why I have a 2 star is because their ice cream on a regular cake cone was $7 for one scoop which I feel is expensive. Brewsters cheaper than that. Ice cream was good. I just feel that’s too much. I bought 2 ice cream cones and it came out to $14 that’s too much. I see if it’s $3 a scoop but $7 for one scoop is too much. A family of 2 was outside sharing an ice cream. They also stated that the prices were high. I went to support due to being a black owned business but they need to work on their prices.

I had a strawberry shortcake ,it had bit size shortcake in it. It was decent. Cottoncandy my daughter loves plus I tasted it was really good. I got a brownie one for my son which was huge and look really delicious.Parking: Parking is good for walk up windowKid-friendliness: My kids love the cotton candy ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: They have 1 floor level so it's good for wheelchairs to come up for walk up window
The Customer Service Was Amazing Very Friendly . The Only Reason I Didn’t Give It 5 Stars Is Because The Wait Time Took SOOO LONG And I Was Standing Outside Getting Ate Up By Bugs Chile ?. Also The Strawberry Cheesecake Was Good , But Could Have Been Better With REAL STRAWBERRIES ☺️. I Went To The MLK LOCATION And They Didn’t Have A Waffle Cone Bowl Only Offers This At The Other Location . I Also Didn’t Like How The Menu Is Not Clear With Prices But Over All It Wasn’t Bad I Paid $30 For 3 Icecreams But They Give You ALOT So That’s A Plus . All In All I Would Definitely Visit Again !
