Okay I’d like to start by saying- The staff was all extremely helpful and polite. I was greeted, assisted, and served with a smile. This review solely has to do with the quality of the items being served- NOT the service.My bacon smelled so bad it made me nauseous. I get snackin bacon all the time and I immediately knew something wasn’t right. It was absolutely rotten. Then I tasted my coffee to find out it tasted burnt and not anything like how it usually does.I drove another 15 minutes to go to my usual Dunkin right after and everything tasted just as it should have. I did not ask them to remake anything, simply because I don’t think a redo would’ve fixed what was wrong, as the coffee was burnt and bacon was expired. Will NOT be back. Shame because the location is close and I did have good service, but the quality of the food and drinks was just so gross.

Ordered a iced coffee ended up getting a hot coffee at first then when they went to remake it completely left out what I ordered to be in my drink. This location has no consideration of their customers this place is a big no no they continuously are inconsistent and always have terrible attitudes?

I only ordered two items and they couldn't get the order correct. Ordered by DoorDash and the driver said he even asked about the second item listed on the ticket and the clerk told him I only got one thing. The item not delivered was the very first one on the ticket.

this location is just awful. the jelly filled donut had nothing in it. They are always out of every flavor of donuts, they never have any ice cream, and always poor customer service. Do not go to this location!!

I just don't understand why this place has such bad service ?. It's close by, so I've given them a few chances. This last visit was it for me. They completely butchered my order. I told the manager that my drink was made incorrectly, and the flavor I asked for is not in here. He decides to challenge me and tells me that he did put the flavor in there, and "I needed to mix it up" ?. I repeated. " Sir, I ordered two of the same drink. One of them didn't have the flavor I requested. He proceeds to tell me that he put the flavor into the drink. " I don't taste it, and if you could do whatever you have to do to make this taste the way it's supposed to, I would greatly appreciate it. With an obvious attitude, he takes my drink and does whatever to it and gives it back to me in a manner where the drink almost knocks over. On top of that, the drink tasted the same. I politely said thanks and as I checked the rest of my order. My bacon was burnt they didn't give me my lemon loaf and the put cheese on my sandwich when I said no cheese. I was through. It was just all around a horrible experience. I believe the manager is not happy there, and it shows through his work ethic. I've heard several stories from neighbors who have had bad experiences with him.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The service is bad the people are rude and if you mobile order no matter how long you wait to go they will not have it ready. I have had to wait 40 minutes before someone would actually make my food.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing!!!Unfortunately you can not tip the people that work here unless you have cash.The owner is either really cheap and doesn’t care enough about his employees to get a POS system that allows tipping…Or he just does not care at all about the people that work for him!I own my own small business and literally my favorite thing to do is pay my guys!!!I tell the customers if they want to tip don’t worry about me just look out for my guys and that gets me more pumped up than anything!!!Being able to pay my guys on time and we’ll is one of the greatest feelings in the world!For them to get tipped on top is beyond cool as well!!!So for an owner to slow pay the people that do work for them or even worse get such a cheap POS(computer) System that it does not allowing tipping in an industry that thrives off tips blows my mind.I wish I had two extra hands so I could give this owner 4 thumbs down!Folks if y’all decide to eat here please bring cash to tip the kind people that work here.What a cheap owner that does not care about his people!Wheelchair accessibility: Amazing!!!
