Purchased coffee and blueberry muffin. Walking in no one came to counter. Instead to young ladies are laughing and talking to male gentleman. Every other word was the F bomb. Finally another employee said relax on the curse words and take care of customer. Finally the young lady came to take my order. While the other made my coffee. The cashier then proceeds to get on IG. After getting my coffee I’m still standing waiting for my muffin. No other customers in line! I finally ask for my muffin and she tell the other girl to go get it as she continues on IG. Very Poor customer service!!

The manager should be fired. I ordered a small iced cappuccino and a chicken wrap. The tablet to order from did not give me a receipt. The drink was almost entirely milk. Even after they replaced it, it was almost entirely milk. The wrap came 15 minutes later and was frozen in the inside. The wait was nearly 30 minutes.The store was packed, and the manager was nowhere to be found. About 15-20 people in the lobby, each with partial orders. The young lady in front of me asked for a decalf coffee because she is alergic to caffeine and the tap with decaf had caffenated coffee in it.The manager finally came out and took no responsibility. She was just sitting in the back doing nothing.

I had paid on the app for an item which the store did not have, and the staff refused to give me a refund and told me to call a 1-800 number. I had the card with which I paid with me, which was also on the receipt, yet they still refused to give me a refund. One of the worst run Dunkin locations I have ever seen.

This might be the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Save your money and go to the gas station next door for your breakfast and coffee needs. First, they are slow, like REALLY slow. I went in for a coffee and it took 20+ minutes. To be fair, they seemed understaffed. Two workers frantically running around to fill mobile orders while what appeared to be the manager sat at a table nearby watching. Then, what came out of the cold brew tap (what I ordered) did not look right and kept sputtering. The employee continued to fill up the cup and handed it to me. It looked to be about the right color so I accepted it. It was nasty! It tasted like a cup of water with 2 coffee beans in it. I would go back for a refund, but I don't have an additional 20 minutes to rectify the situation. I'm going to cut my loss on this one and never go back.

Longest wait ever experienced at a Dunkin’ Donuts. People that came in way after me still got their food before me. Might’ve been an off day, but that wait was unreasonably long, about 30 min for a sandwich.
