I have a severe dairy allergy and told them I wanted oatmilk. I was given regular milk in my latte… This is not the first time this occurred but this time I wasn’t lucky enough to catch it sooner. If this happens again and it becomes worse of an emergency I will take legal action.

Got a vanilla frozen coffee this morning.and it tasted really really sweet and didnt taste like vanilla at all it tasted like straight up chocolate and sugar.i go to the one on powers ferry everyday so i know this coffee taste off and its next to my job im the chef at bartaco.but i decided to give this dunkin a try since i was rerouted

I stopped by this Dunkin location on a Thursday morning to pick up treats for my team at the office. There was a long line but it went quickly! I was so impressed, I think my entire time in line was 5 minutes. I ordered a matcha latte(delicious) and two dozen mixed donuts. They had a poster of a suggestion for a mixed order which I replicated. Made ordering very easy. My primary inspiration to review this location is because the staff are so friendly! I've been back since and the same gentleman is just so patient and friendly he and the team deserve recognition.
My food and drink was horrible, they chargered me 3 times for the same order. Took 3 weeks to get my refund.

It is a nice addition to the neighborhood but the construction of the drive in is a bit tight and extremely curvy. I scraped my rim and the person in front of me over their curb pulling in and out of it
