Honestly, this Dunkin is a hit or miss. I haven’t experienced any horrible customer service as the other reviews say. The tall male worker was very patient with me and my friend when she ordered a lot. The doughnuts do taste old and the atmosphere is subpar, but overall it’s not that bad. I would recommend the Dunkin on Piedmont over this one though.

There were missing items in my order, and the store refused to refund the out-of-stock items. Additionally, the chai drink I received was just milk. Overall, the service was very poor.

Not very clean inside. Seemed rather drab. Prices are not consistent with other dunkin in the area. Donuts tasted dated. Was not impressed with the amount of sprinkles on a sprinkled donut compared to the advertised image.Parking: Downtown area so it will be hard to get parking if not on a Sunday. Parking lot around the corner.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access facility but counter is high and donuts are displayed to be seen by a standing person.

Today I visited this location the cashier was rude the inside is gloomy most of the lighting is out than I order a apple fritter and coffee the inside of the apple fritter wasn’t even done it came apart like string cheese definitely won’t revisit this
