Many of my mornings involve coming to this dunkin for an iced coffee and a donut. I've never had a bad experience here. The only reason I give a 4/5 on the food is that it's fast food.

Dunkin brand has got to be an embarrassment/insult to donuts. I bought a dozen munchkins to the tune of $6, and a sour cream donut and a maple glaze donut for $3. The munchkins and the donuts were night and day. The munchkins were fresh with a great shelf life lasting to the next day. The donuts were disgusting and the next day they were worst! Dunking did not help these donuts at all. Just give up. The service was atrocious . 2 people working the one customer at the window. No one helping me inside. Not even the "I'll be right with you". You can tell they hate their job. Do you know when I'll be back? Never.But to be frank I have not had good donuts in Atlanta yet. No good Mexican food, either. Just look for other types of meals. Southern is good. Italian is good. American is good. Gastro pubs are good.

I can't believe I'm writing this about my favorite coffee but this location is the worst I've experienced. Very short in their response and so dismissive. Not to mention they REFUSED my request for additional sugar... ignored me even!! Its irritating to me because I'm writing while I'm the store!!

9/23/23 12:00pmVictoria was very accommodating and needs a raise and promotion. She ran a tight shift and her and her crew kept the restaurant clean constantly mopping. And assured me that my specifications weren't an inconvenience
There’s a lady at the cashier who is always pleasant. Besides that the hot chocolate here is amazingggggggg! They never miss! Also they really do try to keep the place clean, which is nice!

One car at the drive thur at 5:30 am and a long wait for someone to take the order, ridiculous. As I drive away someone answers the numerous hellos at the microphone. I drove to the other Dunkin' Donuts on Piedmont. The hot chocolate also does not taste the same as other location.its watered down. I will start to visit other locations if the service doesn't improve.

I come here every morning before work and Sana is always so polite and smiling. I appreciate her always remembering my order and our drive thru conversations.My lattes are always perfect also!
