Quick and great doughnuts from the drive-thru. Took me no time to get two dozen assorted doughnuts

Omg I was so excited to try the sparkd drinks. And omg I was so disappointed ? I loooooove peach flavored drinks and this tasted NOTHING like peach. May be peach soap flavor but no peach fruit flavor. I gave it 3 stars because at least it worked... with the caffeine and all. ????? so disappointed. I feel like I wasted my money on something I have to drink, now, not want to drink. The man at the window was nice though! Sounds like he enjoys his job and is greatful to have a job. Unlike some other fast food restaurants these days.

There's tons of donuts in there and it has the special cinnamon iced coffee which I love. It's a modern Dunkin donut and opens early. I personally recommend it before your Marta trip.

Went there at 8:30AM this morning. There were two people in line. I go to the “pickup” orders sign to pickup an UberEats order. I wait and no one acknowledges or even looks at me.I then show one of the baristas my phone and say that I’m here for an UberEats order. She looked at me, then proceeded to ignore me..happy to take my business to the Dunkin down the street or any number of other shops in the area instead.

I haven’t seen a drive-through two times. Every time I go to the drive-through the customer service is extremely poor in addition to their machine according to their employees not working. I will not gone back to this location ever.

I don’t know what’s up with this location but they ALWAYS have an attitude And my order is always wrong. Today they completely made my order wrong and then took my food out of my hand and remade my bacon, egg, and cheese with the same contents just heated up a different bagel. The cross contamination is so gross and then had an attitude that I asked for it to made correctly. No apology or sympathy. Just trash

Decent hot chocolate to warm up from the cold weather. Wait was longer than expected considering the store was not busy and empty. The lady who was working the counter first was very nice but was replaced by a male attendant who had a slight attitude and felt like he didn’t want to be there.

Very bad experience I ordered curbside through the app and no one ever brought my order and she states they don’t do curbside which is something that should be handled through the app or corporate not a customer issue. She (black girl with pig tails) continues to get smart with me “well next time we don’t do curbside” like young lady I don’t have time to argue with but another girl helped me with a bob and nose ring great customer service from her but I won’t be back!

As a frequent Dunkin Donuts visitor, I was highly disappointed in this location. After taking the Marta train to Lindbergh and walking in the freezing cold to grab breakfast and check some emails, don’t get your hopes up here. The bathroom was “out of order” how convenient. Also; there are zero outlets to plug up or charge your devices. A basic perk of a coffee shop as popular as Dunkin. My actual coffee and breakfast sandwich was good and Hot. So no complaints there. But I was super uncomfortable the entire time I waited for my appointment because I specifically planned my day around being able to sit inside dunkin got 30 minutes and use the restroom while I grab breakfast. A basic ask for a restaurant that normally offers these options. I feel like restaurants in Atlanta have gotten lazy and complacent. To have not a single comfortable seat, not a single outlet, and not a single bathroom. It screams, “we take your money but we offer nothing in return.” But this is a recurring theme in this city so if y’all like this type of stuff then sure, happily go to this location.
