They need a new staff, all exception for the guy cashier who was very polite and patient. The female workers are so rude. They gave me a cup with hair on the top. I'm not even sure if it was remade, but it tasted horrible, and my sandwich had some crunchy eggshells on it. So disgusting!!! Please do better, being that this is in the busiest airport ever.

store manager HORRIBLE, floor so dirty, knats on products and still forced to sell, employee came in drunk cussing out customer, roaches running on counter, employee in slides. when you ask for cold brew they give you ice coffee with a shot of expresso, DONT COME

If this is the Dunkin on Concourse D, then go there. At 9:30pm, I drag myself off one plane and need a cup of decaf joe before my last segment. I approached the counter placed my order. The woman taking orders kindly said no. A guy popped out from the beyond the wall/partition and said yes, we still have some. Hoorey! All three of us expressed our happiness. I re-confirmed this is decaf because if it isn't I will have a heart attack. Both talked at once. No ma'am this is decaf. So off I went to my next flight with a darn fine cup of joe. No issues. Two people in the world telling the truth.
