It must have been an off day for this place when I went. It seems like no matter what I tried to order they were out of it. Eventually I gave up and I just had a sausage croissant I believe because everything else that I tried to order at that time of morning which is about maybe 10:30. They were out of it. It was the strangest thing. Another thing that annoyed me with hair is I like the fact that they kept the place clean. However, what kind of ruin it for me was the fact that the person that was cleaning at the time is spring cleaner all over the floor while you got customers inside which is heavily scented, and two. Person was spraying around the ground where we were eating. They sprayed our feet by accident I'm sure but that is annoying. Plus the whole fact that they kept sweeping around us and sweeping around us and sweeping around us at least wait till we move to finish your cleaning task. Other than that I have to say the munchkins were delicious. The croissants they were okay. It wasn't what I wanted. But once again the munchkins were the star of the show. Like I said this place must have had an off day. I cannot complain about the cleanliness of the place cuz they were cleaning, but the timing of when they do and how they do it around customers is frustrating.

My recent visit to this location involved a mobile order placed through the app at 8:18. Upon my arrival around 8:30, my order wasn't prepared, which I understood. However, despite waiting patiently at the designated pickup spot, no staff approached me to inquire about my order status.After approximately 15 minutes, I approached the register and informed the cashier about my order. Regrettably, despite assurances, there was no progress. It took an additional prompt from another team member for the original cashier to acknowledge the issue, which could have been communicated earlier.The subsequent confusion about the order's location was a result of inadequate clarification and delayed resolution. While I acknowledged my oversight in the location selection, I requested if they could still prepare the order, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was declined by the manager.As someone with prior managerial experience at Dunkin, I believe accommodating such situations is feasible without undue strain on resources. It was disappointing to observe disorganization impacting service efficiency. The excessive drive-thru wait times and overall operational backlog were concerning.Ultimately, the inability to resolve the issue and the declined accommodation for a genuine mistake left me disappointed. The lack of structured operations was evident. Consequently, I regret that I won't be returning to this location.

Wait time on a Friday morning is ATROCIOUS. We know Fridays will be busy because, typically, it’s what? PAY DAY. So why not have 2 people prepare the food. 1 person doing drive way and pick up and one person doing cash register? Is that so hard or no?

Dunkin Donuts is over rated, they have gotten my order wrong almost 7 times in a row! They have decorations for the holidays but what about kwanza and Hanukka! Thier food isn't even that good it's just bland. The worst thing about Dunkin' is that they kept up thier refresher sign for FOREVER!! and now, December they have a refresher sign about evee day which was in JUNE!!!!!!!!!! So I rated it a one star overall.

absolutely horrible customer service. The store Manager has horrible customer service. Nasty attitud, doesn't greet when taking an order, responds with rude respones. when trying to talk to her she approaches with a I don't give af attitud. she cuts you off while ordering and while talkin. shes bitter, a sad excuse for a store manage. I come everyday and the attitude is pathetic. so after today I will never return. I bet with her type and nasty attitude and leadership if I walk into your store, I will find mold in your ice bin, mold in your cream machine, food that is not dated, food that is not stored or held at the current temperature.

This location and their employees suck. Woman employee serving drive thru had the nastiest rudest attitude and this is my third time coming here and all they offer is black coffee. Why promote anything else? Literally the worst dunking donuts.
