Drinks are sometimes goood, sometimes trash. Todays visit was awful. Got an iced latte, but i think they forgot to put the coffee part in because it tastes like milk and flavoring only!Wouldn’t take my gift card even though it showed an updated balance of $20.

I visit often. Usually order a drink with light ice, but on the one occasion I got heavy ice. The store told me that they would not remake the beverage. There was a lady at the drive thru that mentioned that if I came back an hour after my initial order it would be different and a remake would be possible. As a consumer, if I order a drink and head to work, how can I return to the location within an hour to have a drink remade?
This is my preferred DD location and I am located in between 3 DD spots.I have been interacting Ram & Monica at this location for about 13 years and their service is always top notch. They know exactly what I get and how I like my coffee and always make sure I am satisfied with my purchases.

This is the closest Dunkin to my house but I wouldn’t go to another one. I usually go everyday and get a caramel cappuccino blast and one of the staff Terrance is super nice and always makes sure my drink is made properly. Great customer service and great coffee?
