Dunkin’ Donuts was not a real coffee shop. The address took me to a place shown in the picture.. I’m not sure why it’s even listed on Google maps.

Took 15 minutes to get an iced tea and the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich. The guy working the drive through took forever to take our orders, and there was nobody ahead of us. The tea wasn’t even filled to the top, maybe missing an “inch of drink”.

Not the best run Dunkin. A little run down (drive thru) compared to others and much slower.Edit: updated to 1 star - ordered on mobile for pickup and nobody answered at the drive through. Twice.

Stop by after work... stayed at the drive through speaker for 10 min... no greeting... drove around to the window... sat for 5 mins... blew the horn... I even called in... such poor customer service. This wasn't the first time this has happened either.

I pulled in at 8pm and they wouldn't serve me food, and told me to pull around to the window. 5 min later she came to the window. She said they clean starting at 7:30 and don't like to serve food after that but I could it I really want to. Making me feel like an imposition trying to order food when they close at 9. Very understandable for a sit down but incredibly odd for a fast food establishment when all other signs indicate being open.

Got an everything beagle he burned it and then act like he didn't want to give me some water, why would I buy one in the gas station when I shopped with them Smh not a pleasant way to start a Sunday morning

I love eating here. Looking forward to a return trip. This place has a good feel to it. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I liked.

This location was a hot ? mess a few months ago and I stopped going but I went back a couple of weeks ago and perfect so I went back the next day perfect so I now have a great place to get my morning going thanks heaven and the young lady with the glasses don't know her name but I will i run on Dunkin i use to be manager at one.

The staff was so kind and upbeat! They made our food and drinks promptly and gave us extra napkins. Definitely brightened my day thank you to the employees!

I place an on to go order online and got to the store to pick it up to find that it was lights out, upon arriving the next day I was told that I had to speak with the store manager who was not in, on the third trip that I made to the store to get my order replaced I was greeted very nasty by Store Manager and upon me asking what are the actual store hours I was told by manager to Google it and this is where I discovered thanks to manager that I can voice my opinion of her and her management style.If this location we’re not directly in the middle of my house and my job I would never set foot in here again thanks to Store Manager!!!
