Terrible customer service. I was charged for a extra croissant that I didn’t ask for since I tapped with apple pay I was told I couldn’t get a refund. And not only that they gave me 2 burnt croissants. I will Never go back again. Thank you for messing up my Monday Morning

I wish I could give no stars! I never had a bad experience with other Dunkins unlike here. I made a mobile order today, money out my account and the incompetent owner says, no, we didn't receive your order. I showed my mobile bank app and the Dunkin app, and still didn't get my coffee, ridiculous!!! Never will I patronize that place again!

i love this dunkin location. they always do a good job at making the coffee. it tastes perfect. when i go to other locations, they usually don't do a good job at making the hot coffee which tastes like hot cocoa instead so i'm left with getting ice coffee. give the staff a raise here

This location has the BEST tasting donuts but the WORST service times. Be prepared to wait 20min even if there are only 2 cars before you. The owners have to face facts, this facility is too small to handle the volume.They need:- a separate Kitchen from the main area- a separate on-line only pickup area- 4 coffee machines- 3 cooler displays for pastries- 5 cash registers- 6 PLEASANT employees per shift(+ Management)- a 20 space parking lot- an awning over the ordering speaker at the drive through- securitythen maybe we can get in and out of here under 20min.Parking: 6 parking spots for a business that serves 60 people per hour.
