They completely messed up my order twice after they had me repeat it back to them 3 times. Before I realized my coffee was also made incorrectly, I was already on the road. Frustrating because they weren’t busy.

I spent $50 on doughnuts for my son’s class and was in too big a hurry to ask for or check for napkins. I happened to be back today - the day after - and politely mentioned that I had been through yesterday morning and had forgotten to ask for napkins, but that it would’ve been nice if they had asked me if I needed them, or just automatically put them in the bag for such a big order. The window employee told me “We don't ask, we just put them in” and I said oh ok well we did not get any - just so you know — I said this politely as I believe feedback is a gift/this is the only doughnut place near me and I know I will need to go back for doughnuts for kids’ stuff again. The first employee again reiterated they do put napkins in so no need to ask (which doesn’t address my point) and then a second employee said “Oh she’s just complaining about napkins— just want to complain about something…”huffing and puffing about me. At that point I didn’t say another word — the gift of feedback not wanted there. Didn’t appreciate being insulted and will not be back.

I often get mobile orders from this particular Dunkin because it's on my way to work and also I'm making runs between my firm's locations. The mobile orders are always quick, delicious, and correct. The staff is always courteous and kind. And I'm thankful for them for making my day run more smoothly. I wish I could tip them on my mobile orders. Please give those people a raise. But anyways, all the stars for this Dunkin!

Order 6583 (8:35:34 AM) I went by this location this morning for breakfast and drove back due to the fact that I was giving a warm breakfast sandwich with ice cold cheese.When I came inside the person whom I assume was the shift lead or manager looked at me rolling her eyes and asked me what was wrong with my food. When I explained calmly and politely that the cheese was cold they took the sandwich, open it , and drop it in the trash with an attitude. She then says to the person making food if she can redo my order and then with a nasty inflection says “and can you puh-lease melt the cheese”. When my order was returned there was no apology and the cashier literally pushed my order across the counter to me without any acknowledgment and didn’t event speak back when I said thank you.Keep in mind that I tipped generously at the window when I picked up food initially. I will not be visiting this location ever again. If you aren’t a people person , you shouldn’t be working in service period.

I just ordered a dragon fruit refresher from here and it was sour like outdated. Like, how could you mess that up? I will never come here again disgusting.

This is consistently THE BEST DUNKIN IN ATLANTA. I've been wanting to leave a review for awhile now, but it's like I was waiting for one bad experience. Never a single one. This location literally puts a smile on my face. Regardless if the line is long or short, if it's the morning rush or middle of the afternoon, the service is quick and they keep it moving. As soon as you pull up to order you're greeted, assisted and kindly directed. Your mood is already better by the time you get to the window where you repeat the process in person. I know how silly this sounds as I type it, but the simple exchange of paying and being handed your order is never rushed and you feel cared for. In this day and age, that goes a long way. To be so efficient without being rude is such a huge accomplishment. Every time I leave (which is in less than 5 minutes) I'm astonished at just how wonderful that experience was and I want to acknowledge it. Taking pride in your work and providing customer service feels as though it has disappeared these days, but not at Dunkin Donuts @ Howell Mill. Thank you to the entire team.

I stopped by this location to place an order and the employee told me that only two people are on duty and that they are not taking any food orders. I'm not sure what's going on but I definitely think corporate should get involved. I've worked in fast food places and I would never ever tell a customer that I only have two people on duty. Please do not use the excuse that it was busy because it was definitely slow and I was the only customer in the drive thru.

This DD location in the evening is a complete joke. I placed and paid for an online order and when I arrived to pick it up the associate tells me because they don’t have gloves he is unable to make my wake-up wrap. I have never heard of such ridiculousness. He then proceeded to tell me that he has my coffee and hands me an ice coffee when my order was for a hot coffee. I told him to just refund me as none of the items I ordered were fulfilled. He said he didn’t know how to refund. I am done with this place!

Customer service at this location is horrible. I politely asked if they can make me another avocado toast since the one they gave me was burnt. After looking at my toast the manager informed that it’s not burnt and that’s the way all the toast looked. I was running late for work and had to leave with the toast that the manager talked over and examine. Just disgusting. I also called corporate and was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. It’ll be Starbucks for me from now on.
