Affordable and classic. Simple and delicious. We decided to take our 19 year old to an Atlanta staple, since she is going to college here now. The jerk chicken was fantastic, falling off the bone. The meatloaf was delicious and sweet, The chili was seasoned perfectly and the cornbread was as perfect as classic cornbread can be. Next time you're hungry, try EATS!
We were staying in the neighborhood on a trip and wanted something to eat for the family that wasn't burgers or fried chicken tenders. This place was great! All the sides were hot and tasty and it was a great value for us and our kids. Plenty of parking as well.

Understand it's an institution. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere is what you are looking for.I thought the chicken was spectacularly underwhelming, so was the corn bread. I certainly wouldn't go back.
Tried out this place based upon the reviews. It looks like a little hole in the wall kind of place. I was hesitant to go inside but I am glad I did. The special was bq chicken, which gives you a half a chicken. I also ordered corn on the cob and mashed potatoes with gravy. The meat peeled from the bone and was so tender. The corn was tender and tasty. The rest was all good and I have enough leftovers for another meal.The staff was very polite and engaging. The place was clean. I loved the wood tables and benches.

Jerk chicken Wow! Boom! Flavor all the way home. Worth a visit to get some with sides. Quick pickup to enjoy. Super reasonable prices.
The food & service is never a disappointment. I like that there's no beef or pork on the menu (that I'm aware of) I usually order the chicken lasagna. It's very comforting and the ambiance feels warm and welcoming. Really hope this place stays open for a long time!

Best Jerk Chicken this side of Jamacia and I've had worse in Jamaica! Service is counter, but have never had an issue. Facilities and parking have measurably improved over the years. Is call it a comfortable and friendly environment!

It was a slow night. The food was great so this bad review is not because of the food but because of the way I saw the"manager" treat and berate an employee in front of customers this evening then sat down to do nothing. This made me not feel good and not want to patron this place.
Line out the door was well worth the wait!
