I hope this reaches the woman at the counter that has the prettiest smile and the best attitude at 7 am. The customer service here is above and beyond for fast casual. I had a receipt with her name but lost it, but she deserves a raise!!! She helped me with my first order and I have been back 3 times since then and she remembers my name. That is incredible for a busy Atlanta restaurant. The food is good but the service is what brings me back. She has made my morning each time I have been back this week. I hope the young woman sees this because her attitude is incredible. Thank you all at Einstein Brothers but especially her.

Staff is a bit moody, no chips in my bag 2dayCould someone explain the policy about the bag of chips, every shop has given me a free bag of chips , however at times 1 or two employees will forget or they will tell me the chips are not free???

Great place for a good cup of coffee and a bagel Sandwich. I had the everything bagel with bacon, egg & cheese…. And a house blend coffee. The coffee was warm but it was still good. The Bagel was yum. I’ll definitely stop by again before I leave town. Thanks.

This quality of service is not what I expect from Einstein Bagels - it was appalling and nasty the back of the restaurant is disgusting with Trash all outside of the dumpster the associate did not supply me with a receipt and the quality of the Nova Lox sandwich was awful I did not even bother to eat it for fear of being sick - this sandwich is supposed to be open faced, that is the way it was made for me in Florida and since I moved here I was expecting the same high quality of service I am accustomed to - NOT HERE AT THIS LOCATION- BE WARNED

I love their bagels. My go to is cinnamon raisin with cream cheese. Today I wanted something different so I got the Cheese and egg bagel. It was very tasty but the hash brown was horrid. It was so greasy the napkins in the bag were unable to be used because they soaked up all the grease. I didn't even bother tasting it; it went right in the trash. Chai tea latte tasted like warm milk with a hint of chai - do not recommend. I'd get the bagel sandwich and any bagel with schmear again but avoid the chai and hash brown at all cost.

Somehow….Today the Bagels are exactly $5. It is mandatory to tip in drive thru. There’s no $0 option. There’s not a no thanks option. Cashier made up a price for the bagels THAT IS NOT ON THE MENU.Will not be coming back.

The service is quite slow and taste is good but seats aren't clean so you don't have lot of place to site.Other Time pick up from I tried pick up but after reaching there after 30 mins, I waited on the drive thru window for like 15 min. But our order wasn't ready. We eventually have to park in and get our order.
