The lighting is darkish inside. The register clerk was fantastic. The coffee ladies were rude and short. The food was NOT hot. I had a sandwich with a straight flat piece of cheese, which was nowhere near melting. I was disappointed.

You guys need to get ride of the guy with the big ole glasses. He is rude every time I come there he is in some sorts tif with a customer. Racist. One time I came in there for a cup of coffee with my very small puppy, and he yelled at me to get out here well here we are with a dinosaur and nothing Happens ??????????????

Asked to not add an ingredient, but that was forgotten (just like on my last visit.Staff are using tables to fold boxes and for other operational things, really reducing the atmosphere from cosy to 'you're allowed to eat in their production line'.OverallThe bagels are great, but atmosphere and service have seriously declined

I love my bagels and my ice coffee, no matter where I’m traveling so I’m very picky where I go and reviews help me! Hopefully this helps someone else, the bagels and breakfast were delicious. Customer service was outstanding and it was busy so it took a bit but still would visit again.

Never missed. I had the egg and cheese brisket. Now I will say it only comes with 2 oz of brisket which is actually not enough to even cover the whole bagel. But my girl who took care of me gave me an extra Oz, per it was my first time having it. You would think for it to be almost $10 breakfast sandwich (no drink of course) that you would get enough meat to cover the whole bagel . Definitely was tasty but too expensive for me.Parking: I love that the parking at that location is not costly and weird.

Bald head manager wanted to yell at me there were closed 2 hours before they even closed, said they were out of bagels, told him I️ had a online order and he told me good luck that they had enough to make it. Rude as hell and worthless.
