Taco Bell has better service than this place. My elementary school has better security than this place.2 people were killed and 4 injured during a shooting last night. No metal detectors and/or screening for weapons.Sky high prices with no satisfaction behind it.Can't wait until this place is closed and gone.

Do not go for the free Taco Tuesday even if it’s free it was a WASTE OF TIME! You get one taco that honestly looks like it came from Taco Bell and one small margarita. Rest of the place was very empty 20 people max!

The food wasn’t the best thing I had here and I’m coming from Kentucky… the chicken had a funny after taste , the salad was dry they gave me half of one cup of dressing chicken was hard And the carrots was stringy.. thanks but no thanks

Beautiful establishment. I was there to celebrate a friends birthday.Parking: Parking actually sucks they charge too much to park near the spot. There are several lounges in the facility. 1145 happens to be at the top of the hill. The others are towards the mid.

If you have never taken caution to the wind, it would be wise of you to do so after reading these terrible reviews and actually witnessing it for yourself! A group of us came here after dinner only to be told that there would be a charge to gain entry AFTER we already paid for AND booked a table ONLINE! Their rationale was “because you used a card.” Excuse me?!? Make it make sense. We called way ahead of time to make sure that there would be no extra charge upon entering and lo and behold, that was a LIE! SMH. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt even after reading poor reviews because my experience could be a positive one, but NOPE! This was downright terrible. Not to mention the line trying to get inside the club was so disorderly. Just a hot ghetto a$$ mess! Since we had already booked and paid for our section online, we shouldn’t have even had to wait in line. There should have been a separate section for that, but there wasn’t. We are in contact with the bank to receive our money back for fraud because let’s be real, that’s exactly what this is! False advertisement at its finest! Eleven45 Lounge in Buckhead is a LIAR and a THIEF! Please avoid at all costs! ??
Customer service is terrible and i will not be back. My friend and I went this past Sunday for brunch. We paid $20 each to get in and when we were sat down in the back on the patio, we waited over an hour for a waiter. It was not even crowded. Waiters were ignoring us walking around assisting other tables. I even walked up to one waiter who were on their phone the entire time. She acknowledged me but still never came to our table to wait on us. After almost 2 hours of waiting, me and my friend decided to leave and requested a manager to refund us the entrance fee we paid. The manager refused to refund us, so i disputed the charge with my bank. We ended up going to Teranga City Ultra Lounge instead for our first time which is right next door to Elleven45 and we had a blast there. Their customer service and atmosphere was top tier. I would not recommend Elleven45 to anyone.

SUPER SCAMMERS. I went here for my birthday on New Years. Spent like almost a 1,000 on a section which included two bottles. Before I arrived I asked if we would be seated outside. The answer was that we would be in the patio area but it’s heated. When we arrived, we had no bottle girl. We had to hunt her down. Once we found her, she was super nice and pretty but we basically could only order one bottle because their prices for the bottles make it so that you can only afford one bottle under package. Furthermore, we were seated in the patio where they left the door open the entire time. Basically I FROZE! There was a heating lamp next to me and they never ever made sure it worked. Worse experience of my life . NY would never if we bought a section. Getting bamboozled by your own people on your birthday really sucks !
