I love the atmosphere. I'm not sure if it is new but they have some work to do. They came to our table 4 times with food for other tables. Service was extremely slow. It's too nice a place to get patted down when you come in and it takes a long time to get into the humidor because it's locked and they have to find someone with a key. Once they work out the kinks it will be an awesome place.

This was absolutely the worst experience that I've had and a customer service related transaction your company needs to fire and rehire management that can actually do the job they would therefore they actually told me that I had a reservation we don't have any more cars the guy said don't look at me like that I didn't say anything he literally was comfortable enough to say don't look at me like that. So I don't have a reservation anymore because there's no cars available but then he says I have a Durango but it would be an upcharge so I said I don't really care I just need a vehicle then his boss came out she sat down he went back with his McDonald's that just got delivered and was away from the situation and she sat down saying nothing no apologies know anything gave me back my credit card in my information and said we don't have anything for you have a good day it's not our fault it's Nationals last time I checked Hertz was on the outside of the building there is no such thing as disassociating yourself with your brand because you can't satisfy against nothing was done no apologies you guys need to get your things together as far as that location is concerned. I literally had no way to get anywhere else because I was dropped off and I went across the street and yours was 250 for 7 days I had to go to Enterprise and they had me get a car that is 750 for the same amount of time. When I tell you there was no remorse in your manager's eyes or your social science your associate was way too comfortable with all the guests like we were friends we were looking for service and this is what we got. I will be cutting and pasting this everywhere I can find that judges and rates service for rentals or anything else that has anything to do with Hertz. To be clear your staff earned it.

Came here for brunch with one of my friends and I enjoyed it. We went early at 12 soon as they opened. We don’t like being in places when it’s too crowded so we were happy with the vibe. As the day went on a few bigger groups (4-6 people in each group) came in but it still wasn’t too busy. We stayed for about 2 hrs. I had 2 mimosas, salmon croquettes & eggs. Delicious! The service was great very friendly server. The Manger is great too very nice guy, friendly, and you can tell he cares about his staff, business, and customers. I will definitely go again. Friday & Saturday they have a DJ and the place gets pretty packed from what the staff told us, and on Sundays they plan on having a live band & performances that hasn’t started yet but it’s coming soon.Parking: Parking is Free on the street. But if the spots in front of the Cigar bar are taken you have to find a spot or find a parking garage or lot near by.

I used to really love it here, but it seems like the last few times I've been coming here the service has declined TREMENDOUSLY. I have a very full and lengthy complaint, so hopefully they read all of it…. Not sure what’s happening right about now, but they need to really get it together. It's like there is ALWAYS an issue with the service somehow. I’ll start with my second-to-last visit. It took almost 30 minutes to receive my drink. I noted this to Akbar, and absolutely nothing was done or looked into. He just brushed it off and said, they've had “a lot of orders for that shift, and the bar and kitchen were backed up.” The second issue, my food (during that same brunch) was initially brought to the wrong table , which had me waiting curiously for nearly one hour. I kept asking the same server about the food, and she assured me that “it was coming” … Come to find out, not only was my food sent to the wrong table, but she didn’t even notice it, and when she finally did figure out the delay with my food, the food item was no longer available in the kitchen for it to be remade. And guess what the manager said and did about the matter …. NOTHING! He just said I would have to order something else. The third issue, this same terrible server “accidentally” charged my card for an extra drink (during the same brunch, once again) for a drink that was never ordered. Once again, I turned to Akbar, who said they could not take the drink off. A DRINK THAT I WAS NEVER EVEN ORDERED. So that visit made me stop coming for a good bit of time. I was invited out by of friend of mine yesterday, which made me give it another chance, which turned out even worst then the last time. Yesterday, our server who was very short and brown skin (with an unflattering haircut) took nearly 20 minutes to address us. Actually, she never even addressed me, I HAD TO ADDRESS HER, and ask if she was our server. She said yes. She never brought us silverware or water. Had to ask for all of that. My friend even noted how bad of a start our service got off to. Towards the ladder part of my meal, I boxed my food to-go, and the server had accidentally thrown it away thinking it was trash. I “politely” asked her about throwing my food away, and she immediately acknowledged it and apologized. I asked her could they bring back NOT EVEN the full item, but at least some or a portion of it, since SHE THREW away the $40+ meal that we paid for. Not to mention, It was quite a bit left, might I add… she said she needed to ask Akbar. Akbar said there was nothing they could do about it, it was simply “a mistake”. Talk about 0 stars for management. As a regular that used to come there often, and fully knows the manager, I would’ve thought this would’ve been handled in a more professional manner. If your team messes something up, as a manager, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that it gets taken care of/fixed. I was not asking for any refunds or discounts , but simply for the portion of my food that was thrown away BY MY SERVER to be replaced. Akbar does not really seem like he knows conflict-resolution skills or how to handle REAL issues. He’s more passive and surface-level as a manger, which is never good for a business. It seems like every time there’s an issue (which seems to be quite often now) , he’d rather run from the issue and ignore it, or avoid it at all costs.

Definitely my go to spot nice classy vibe. I highly recommend to anyone visiting or looking for a nice chill vibe. I also forgot the food is amazing make sure you get that salmon plate.
