Firehouse subs in the Peachtree Center Hub is a great stop when getting off MARTA or wanting a casual dining experience downtown. Always fresh, always good.

yesterday they were closed 30min before the posted time :(5:30pm instead of 6pmI don’t want to travel all the way there to find out they’re closed, especially while I’m hungryThe funny thing is that on Google maps it says the hours were confirmed 5 days ago.Maybe there is some discrepancy between the owner and the staff??

The absolute main reason for the 1 star comes down to the guy at the register. He has headphones on, he only heard half of what I was saying. Had to repeat myself a few times. And genuinely looked like I ruined his day by coming into his place of work. I am amazed that someone like that gets to keep his job. The sandwich was alright. The meat could have been more evenly distributed in the sandwich. But just having to deal with someone like that really does leave a bad taste in my mouth.
The only chain restaurants that close on weekends are ones that can't keep people because they don't pay. There's only like 2 or 3 employees at this location and they all look exhausted. Food is alright but it takes way longer than it should. I'll go elsewhere.

I haven't been to or even seen a Firehouse in years so when I did...I HAD to have 1! It was as great as I remember! Customer service was on point as well. Will definitely be back...OFTEN!

3:05 pm. Saturday November 6. This small crew of 3 are killing the game here. Their flow is good, they work well. It's awesome to see great work ethic in this crazy post pandemic where no one wants to work. These ladies rock.
