I ate there last night alone. I was already having a tough night since my husband's death. I had a lovely salad but then the bartender threw away my dead husbands earbud that was sitting next to my plate. When I alerted her to this she apologized but wasn't moved enough to try to look for it. I left my number for her to call if she found it. We even called the manager after I walked home crying. The manager said they would sit the trash aside and look after the dinner rush. No one ever called me. I had to go back the next day and most of the day staff didn't even know about it. You would think it would have been passed along to keep an eye out for it. One voice from the kitchen shouted "yeah they didn't find anything". The manager didn't even have the decency to call herself to let me know it wasn't found and offer an apology with such a sensitive situation. I don't care how good your fish is, we work hard for our dollars and have enough big businesses in the world that have lost that personal touch or simple value for it's customers. I am so hurt that this was handled this way and will never spend my money here again or recommend it. It's time we stop spending our dollars at establishments that don't value our patronage. They feel like we come a dime a dozen and all they want is our money, anything else and they don't care....that is not ok.

Good Food, Frustrating ServiceI had mixed experiences at Fishmonger. The food is fantastic – fresh, flavorful seafood that makes you want to become a regular. However, the service is a major letdown. Both at dinner with friends on Saturday and happy hour the following Thursday, attentiveness was lacking, especially considering the automatic 20% gratuity. Happy hour itself was decent, but the limited offerings (1/2 only basic margaritas, raw oysters, bottles of wine)felt restrictive. With better service and a more inclusive happy hour (more margarita and oyster options would be great) Fishmonger could be a true gem and stand out amongst the ton of options near and at the Interlock.

Our server Mariah was lovely. Great menu knowledge and attentive to our requests. We recommend the mackerel sandwich! Great atmosphere and restaurant overall.

Wow- what a standout dinner! This hip spot had a very well edited menu, and the hits kept coming. We loved the blackened fish sandwich and the focaccia was to die for.

Not what I was expecting. Very limited menu and mains are mostly types of sandwiches. Maybe the most expensive pasta side salad ever at $5 for a tiny bowl. For 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches, 2 pasta salad + tip was over $100.Tip was also automatically included for a party of 2 and then the machine asked if wanted to add more LOL.

Service is not very attentive. Maybe because they add 20% tip automatically to your bill. The crudos are generally excellent, the fish sandwiches are hit or miss. Too much spice added, can't taste the fish. It can get cold in there since it is a "garage style" place.

Tried this place out and was pleasantly surprised!! Started with the shrimp ceviche otw as fresh with a nice kick. Also tried the chowder which was creamy and full of all types of seafood- I see myself stopping in for lunch just to have a taste of this. One of the servers was a bit rude and unhelpful but we then were helped by Margaret and she was really nice! She offered great suggestions and was able to offer separate checks. For my entree I had the shrimp roll which was outstanding as well. Looking forward to coming back!

Came for the blackened grouper sandwich and was not disappointed. Very messy (3 napkin minimum) but very tasty! I had the beet salad as a side and was pleasantly surprised. Small portion is good for two people. Sat at the bar for dinner and the bartender was very nice. My only complaint is the 20% service charge (I see reviews from several months ago that say it was 18% before). If it's a large table, I understand. And even at 18%, I usually leave an additional tip to up it to 25% usually. But adding a 20% service charge for a single diner is not right.

Okay, where do I start. ? So, I went here on a recommendation. That was first mistake. my second mistake was driving all the way here for what I expected to be a decent lobster roll. Flavor - 4. Size - 0, Service - 6, Automatic 20% tip added on - 0, Billed as a Maine lobster roll - 0.If you're gonna charge $32 for a lobster roll at least make it worth it and worth that trip. It was so small, it was finished in 5 bites. The lobster roll could fit in the palm of my hand. no joke. I wasn't expecting a lobster roll like they serve up in Massachusetts but, geeezus fill the damn roll in with more than what you did.. And know the difference between Maine and CT lobster rolls. What I got was a CT one, not a Maine one..Then the nerve to add an automatic tip. No place should ever do this! I'll tip accordingly. Adding an automatic tip is basically saying, you're gonna tip 20% no matter how good or bad the service is and how good or bad the food is..

Really fantastic place we loved it so much. Went for the blackened grouper sandwich with was very excellent with the whole fish spread which makes it a double patty when you close it ❤️. Rest of the food was very good too: peal & eat shrimp, beet salad and clam chowder. Very tasty and price is not too bad we will be back!

The food was delicious. The service level was rude and inattentive, I do not need an attitude with my grouper sandwich and clam chowder :)

Just ate here with a friend for lunch. I can attest to the quality of this establishment. The fish is quite fresh and delicious. I had the ceasar with blackened grouper on top. This might have been the best ceasar I've had in Atlanta. The grouper first of all was delicate and immaculately spiced. Can't really say much more, A+ job there on cooking that fish. What really caught me off guard though was the quality and thought that went into the ceasar. Yes, it's just a salad but their take on the standard dish was a breath of fresh air. It is clearly home made anchovy-based dressing (like all ceasar's should be) but the addition of fish roe and Calabrian chili's really spiced up on the traditional dish. My friend got the hot fish sandwich. He finished his entire plate. Not much else I can say about that because I am not in. The plate looked tasty. I will definitely come back again. Only knock I have is prices seem bit a high but we live in a landlocked city and that's what it costs for fresh, good fish.

I went their on Wednesday and they had a pretty good HH. The Hot fish sandwich I had was really good except for celery salad. (Pickled fennel)
