It was our first time dinning here. We were very excited because we loved Italian food but also we all worked in the industry so we had high expectations. Everything was amazing our server Carlos had high energy and was very informing. He recommended most of our drinks and food. Love the ambiance. Place is beautiful.

First impression was not good. Without many people in line, three hostesses allowed someone to cut right in front of us and served them first.We were on-time for our reservation, and had allotted an hour and a half to get through dinner before heading over to The Fox for the 8:00pm show. We sat for 27 minutes with no service. We never saw a server.We realized we did not have time to eat and still get to the show, so we left and saw it on empty stomachs. It was our anniversary.

The food was fantastic. Never thought about Roman as its own cuisine. Very inventive and delicious. Dessert was great as well. Highly recommend the Nutella tart. As far as service goes, Carlos was amazing! Definitely ask for him!
