Went in here on my layover at Atlanta, tried this place because it was a healthy option. The service sucked. The customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this place.

The airport does not always seem to be the easiest place to get food. All the food is pricey. The scrambled eggs and bacon was a very good serving. The home fries were also very good. The bread was very small. It was also a strange texture. There was a gentleman there and even though this was a food court he brought me water and my food. He was so very nice and even checked on me.

Those of you who travel through Atlanta Hartsfield airport know there are VERY limited choices if you're trying to eat healthy. I searched restaurants before I landed and found this one. I was super excited only to be EXTREMELY disappointed. Let me ask a question. How can you call your restaurant healthy and fresh if all if the food is pre-made and sitting out on a shelf? Protein bowls which is what I wanted, WITH AVOCADO, were sitting out on the shelf. As you might imagine, the avocado in EACH of them was brown and disgusting. The protein in the bowl, i.e. chicken, was about 1/8 to 1/4 of a chicken breast cut up, if that. There's typically 7 grams of protein in 1oz chicken. Those bowls didn't look like they contained an ounce of chicken. So needless to say I bypassed the bowls. I asked about the sandwiches/wraps. Yep, you guessed it. Pre-made and on the shelf. That left smoothies. This is the only thing on the menu not pre-made....kinda. They make pitchers of each one as needed. I asked the lady working there, how were the smoothies sweetened. She didn't know and didn't seem to care about my question. If you're trying to eat healthy, honestly you might do better at Baja Fresh across the way. Fresh Healthy Cafe....not fresh, not healthy and really not a Cafe since there are no tables and chairs. It's basically a bigger grab and go kiosk. If I could give -5 stars I would. Save your time and money. This place is so not worth it.

The worst meal I’ve had at an airport, took one bite and had to throw it away.Do not eat here. But no one reads airport food reviews so you’ll probably never know.Horrible!

Picture this…..you approach the counter to find one employee leaning on register and the other talking away on their phone via earpiece. No other customers. Order my smoothie. Employee yells to other my smoothie. He keeps talking away and I notice he’s chewing something. Surprisingly my smoothies done quickly. Right after he sets my cup down he reaches into a bag to pull a half eaten hot dog. He dips it in ketchup and begins eating it while talking away and handling utensils used to make smoothies. This is the sort of employee oversight at this location. It’s also one glimpse into our new world where no longer is there care for service, and there’s simply apathy.. it’s sad!

What a colossal waste of time and money. I ordered four smoothies. Two for me and my girlfriend and two for my cousin and her daughter. I didn't want to complain about this in front of my family so I just kind of took my medicine, but here was the experience. We were the only people there, and it was easily 15 to 20 minutes from the time we ordered until we had smoothies in-hand. They were super heavy on the ice and relatively low on actual substance fruit-wise. I was up above $30 for what seemed to me to be mostly frozen water. This was back in late April, and I'm thinking of it now as I'm at home enjoying a smoothie that I made consisting entirely of frozen fruit and quality orange juice (no volume added to the drink using ice cubes). Don't go to this place. I kind of feel like I got conned and then was between a rock and a hard place because I didn't want to look bad in front of my cousin who I hadn't seen in years. I could have treated them to a nice lunch for only a bit more than what I paid. I hope other people read this and move on rather than stopping here.

if i could rate this place no stars i would. my turkey was molded. i spent 25 dollars on a wrap and smoothie. horrible smoothie. these employees have no sense of urgency and are rude. i needed something healthy unlike 5 guys or greasy places. absolutely disgusting. horrible customer service.

As you can see by the most recent trend of reviews, the service and quality has definitely gone down. The girl at the counter literally, and I mean literally, hid behind the wall in the shop instead of greeting me. She then came out and just stared like a deer in headlights before I said hello. Not particularly helpful in answering questions. I probably would have got something if she was even remotely helpful. I just walked away.

Is good when you can get somebody to do anything. Today I am here at 8:15 and they are not making crepes because they are still setting up. I asked when would start, didn’t know. Last time I was here a couple months ago they were 30 minutes late opening at all. Could see them on their phone behind the roll up. ?

This place deserves less than one star bc of the attitude of the girl working in the airport location. I have been to this location multiple times and every time, EVERY time I have gone in, the rude attitude from the girl working has turned me off from spending money here. I keep trying bc I WANT to eat here vs other airport restaurants, but I won’t try anymore. She has zero customer service skills, she’s rude to everyone and conveniently, the equipment needed to make different items is always ‘broken’. If she hates her job as much as she seems to hate customers, she should find another job. She does a disservice to this brand.
