The food is good, but it is so overpriced. They can get away with charging that much because it’s better than most on campus dining options. I’ve also had multiple experiences with rude employees.

Highland Bakery just isn't very good. I used to eat and get coffee here semi-regularly, but haven't had a good meal here in years. Neither the sandwiches nor salads are very tasty and the prices are fairly high for what they serve. GT doesn't really have a lot of good dining options, but I still avoid Highland Bakery.

I came in and placed a to go order and waited nearly 40 minutes and my food never came out. I went up to one of the employees and told them I was still waiting for my food and was told that my order had been lost. I was then told that they ran out of the food for my order and was asked if I wanted to order something else. There is constantly an issue at this location each time I order food. I will no longer be ordering food from here again.

Good food at a marked up price with acceptable customer service. Their menus have the wrong prices, and I've never been charged less than menu price. If their menus were correct and their coffee was good, I'd rate 4 stars

One thing I love the most is Breakfast/Brunch. While at work I got hungry so I went to maps on my iPhone, as usual, and searched for what there was to eat nearby until I came across this gem. The drive there from my job was close and parking was kind of hard to find. The location only has maybe 5 parking spots next to it, if you don't see any empty spot then you have to find a spot to park on the side of the street somewhere. The location was nice and big enough to sit a lot of people so there was no wait time even though it looked busy. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict, YUMMY ! You have an option of grits or potatoes on the side, I went with potatoes because I figured I would get full but I guess I was really starving because I went for a second plate. Loved the place and the food, haven't stopped thinking about how good it was until I can go back again.

The coffee was not worth drinking, but the sandwich was good.

I love the location of this place while going to Georgia tech or working in the southern part of midtown. However, the food quality has seriously decreased. Also, there seems to be really high turnover so it always feels like you have to explain how to work the machine to them. The coffee tends to be watered down as well. I would recommend going here for the atmosphere and the location but there are probably better highland bakery's in Atlanta.

This is my new favorite spot on campus to hang out on Fridays at Georgia Tech's campus. I'm currently a student at Tech and I'm always looking for new spaces to study and grind out some work. The service here is great; I'll just order, pop out my laptop and just be here forever ordering multiple coffees over a span of a couple hours. Really good food and great teas and coffees:)

Never been super impressed by this location, especially compared to the others, but have eaten here sporadically over the years. Today I found a bunch of plastic shards in my omelette. I took it to show someone and he simply whisked it away angrily and I didn’t see him again. I wasn’t offered any kind of solution, just told that “something must have fallen in”. Last time I’ll be here.

I had a large latte and a Ruben sandwich. The latte was ok, it didn't have sugar, which I liked but it was also bitter, indicating that it was made at too high a temperature. The Ruben had good flavor, the bread wasn't great, but the worst part was the fact that there were exactly two slices of corned beef. Too little by far. In addition, despite ordering a full hour before closing, everything was served in to go containers.

They only filled my cup 2/3 of the way with coffee even after I'd told them I didn't need space for milk & sugar. It also wasn't very good coffee

From day one, this place has never run smoothly. Recently, ordered an item online to pickup. Was given a completely different item. Had the order confirmation proving what I ordered and still the cashier had the nerve to tell me I ordered something else. Either they screwed up and changed my order or they screwed up and gave my order to someone else. This is a corporate franchise. Their menu hasn't been updated since they opened in 2013. This is never my first choice of places to go.

I (reluctantly) eat lunch here sometimes because all the lunch options suck on GT campus. The food here can be so sad: watery soup, flat limp sandwiches, dry old cupcakes, super salty tofu (which seems to be the only vegan option). The service and the wait can also be ridiculous. Don't go if you're short on time.
